Waffle House

I’ve been to many, many waffle houses in my lifetime and this service my family and I experienced tonight 3/1/24 at 8:30pm was the absolute BEST. Not just the manager but the entire staff and their attitude and the service was amazing. They CARED. They SMILED. They CHECKED on us AND our food was perfect!! 10/10!! We WILL be back!! Thank you so much!!

We had the best service here. The food came out quick, everyone was friendly and I spoke with the manager, her name is Tracy and I told her this was the best service we ever got here and she informed me she only been with the company for 1 week. She is awesome yall need more people like her. Definitely will be coming back more often now.

Tracy is a very good manager she’s keeping everyone in check while she also keeps them happy so they don’t get anxious. she is a very nice person and very respectful. all waiters are very respectful

Stopped in for breakfast on our way home. Had great service and as always good food.

It's waffle house. You know what you're getting at any location. Good food and always a conversation to be had if you feel chatty.

They're busy but nice. May take a little time for food but it's always fresh. Decent customer service. You may see elderly gentlemen their but they are there every morning having coffee and breakfast. They are sweet as well.

Great breakfast food, a great place for a late dinner. This spot can definitely get busy but the service is still amazing

The staff greeted us the minute we walked in. Everyone was very nice and the service was great. Just like a 5 star restaurant without the 5 star attitude! We will go back to this Waffle House more often..Ty staff for making us feel welcome.

We had a WH itch that had to be scratched. The waitress was friendly and good. She shared things about the area, then let us eat and talk some. She then checked on us 2-3 times, which is prefect because we say and talked for a while. A lot longer than usual. I highly recommend this place.

By far, it's one of the best WH I've ever been in. Every time my wife and I visit the food is delicious, service is well rendered by courteous, welcoming staff, and clean (by diner standards). I'm looking forward to dining here again.

My family and I chose to eat here because we love waffles. It was great, the location was easy to find, very clean, staff was friendly, and the food was delicious.

Great Staff & food at the Dallas NC location. Place was very clean, the food was on point & as said the Staff was great. Very nice waitresses & cook! The Gastonia NC location on Remount Rd was horrible. We went there first then left because we stood there for 10 minutes & no one would even look at us let alone speak to us. I've NEVER seen anything like it. They should be fired and the place re-staffed. It was filthy as well.

Had not been to one in years, but it was a good experience. The place was spotless, the food was very good, the prices were good and the staff friendly. I had the hashbrown bowl with sausage. Loved it. Will go back!

Went here last night for dinner, was quite pleased with the experience. I ordered the "All Star Special". The eggs were over easy, and were done correctly, my sausage was fresh and cooked all the way through, which leads me to believe that it was not frozen, the toast was fresh, the waffle was rather fluffy, and the milk was fresh and cold. They weren't too busy when I went, with one other bloke sitting at the counter sipping upon some coffee, so the hospitality was on par with other classical diners in the area. The lady tending to our table was polite enough to check on me a few times over the course of my breakfast-for-dinner, and ensure that I was enjoying my meal. The atmosphere and decor lends itself to heighten the effects of the 1960s nostalgia that is clearly trying to be emulated throughout the franchise. When I return, I intend to sample their coffee and biscuits with gravy, and write another review. Overall, I would rate my experience as palatable, speedy, and enjoyable, and look forward to my next experience at this local Waffle House.

We had such a great experience here! The staff was all smiles and so friendly. Deborah waited on us and was as sweet as could be! Others kept checking on us too! We will be back!

Awesome service and my food was perfect! I went to a different location in Gastonia about 2 weeks ago and didn’t check my food and when I got home everything was wrong so I was very pleased that the server doubled checked my food for me and made sure I had everything I needed and more! The lady was supper sweet and the cook also took the time to tell me to have a good night. Awesome service and awesome food!

Waffle house is always good. Think about how many times you've eaten out in you're life, then think about everytime you've eat at waffle house. I've eaten there more than I want to admit, yet, my food has always been perfect with great service. You get what you ask for, the way you ask for it, a rarity these days.

It might not be the cleanest of all waffle houses but the young girl and the older mature woman makes it awesome the little old lady carries on mumbling and talking to herself the entire time she's cooking and it's just a sight to see I enjoy going there on the regular and if you were ever in the area I suggest that you stop in and see what I'm talking about for yourself at night time

Went in for breakfast Thanksgiving morning with family and was seated right away. Friendly greetings from staff, good service, good food. Nice time, the whole place filled up quickly.
