McDonald's

It was late night and they needed to fresh cook my food. They were pleasant and quick with service. Once again another McDonalds machine was down for maintenance except it wasn’t the shake machine per the usual but the coffee machine that produces caramel macchiato.

The Latina chick that did my coffee this morning got it right thank you baby 💕 I think it's going to be a good day

Stop here for breakfast some days. Service is pretty quick. Employees are okay. More than anything it's located in a spot that's easy for me to get in and out of in the morning. They do not make me pull up and wait, that drives me up a wall when other locations do that.

Have to say we haven’t been to McDonald’s in Dallas in about 2 years because the food and service was terrible!! Stopped by on the way to a Panther game and the ladies serving the food at the window were super nice! We had to wait a minute for 1 biscuit and a tea so they threw in a apple pie for our wait! Must say food and service has definitely stepped up!!

Just got my food from there and the man and lady that were working the windows tonight need a raise! They were so nice and for what I seen them put up with tonight they deserve way more than just a raise. Thank y’all so much

The iced coffees are always good! Biscuits are always hot. Fast moving drive thru.

The food was fresh. I would give 5 stars but anytime i go to this location and order a milk shake or some other form of ice cream it is unavailable for one reason or another.

The food was okay just a long wait considering there was not many people in the store

A lot has changed in 4 years. Slower then anywhere else I've been. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes didn't move. Moved to go inside, then the drive thru moved. Go inside and you can only order from kiosk. Took 20 minutes to get 2 cups of tea. No customer service any more.

They were EXTREMELY busy the night we visited but they still served with a smile.

Love the chicken nuggets and French fries

We almost never eat at McDonald's twice in a day but today we had breakfast & supper from one in shelby and the other in Dallas .....Dallas was just as clean, kind staff, and order was correct as the one in Shelby. Thanks McD's

I had a refund from over a week before , and they filled it no problem, no questions ask. They were great .

There was a new girl there today but she did pretty good considering we had two separate and confusing orders. I had one thing missing when I got home so like I said I was just glad it was only $1 thing. Everybody's always nice there so I definitely recommend this McDonald's.

Very fast service.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice. They spoke to my granddaughter asking her what kind of sauce she wanted for her nuggets and she said she needed 2 Ranch. They didn't question it or charge me for it and showed her they were putting 2 in the bag. My granddaughter was one happy little 5 yr old!

Very clean unlike Burger King. They work as a team and don't over cook the food. Excellent customer service. My food was on time, fresh & hot. Thank you!! I highly recommend coming here to eat when you don't feel like cooking and need something quick.

Have been to this location a few times. Each time had no issues. Standard McDonald's food. Didn't have an issues or complaints.

Went through drive thru and my order was wrong due to a menu glitch but Shamari and Hannah fixed the problem and was super courteous, professional, and nice. I will definitely be returning. Keep up the good work ladies!

This location has the best employees and they have to deal with many, very rude Karen's.
Tee Byers is friendly and not only loves her customers she treats them with respect. She is the reason I go to this location
