Yes, they are a little pricey. But super friendly and knowledgeable. I like the fact that VIP Pet Care comes out there and gives vaccinations. Going there Saturday to get our kitten her rabies shot. And maybe a nail clipping. Close to the house too. Definitely going back.

I love Pet Supermarket, my number 1 person when I go shopping there is Macy she's a super helpful person as they all are. Everyone has their favorite go-to person. If you enjoy a pleasant atmosphere, this is the place to shop. If you become a member as you shop with them, you earn rewards, which is a discount I've already used my
$ 5.00 rewards it really comes in handy when you are short on cash, too. Check it out. I don't shop anywhere, but there because you know when you're shopping there they care about your experience with them 😊.

My experiences at this store have been great! All staff members have been super helpful. This store regularly has what I need. I’ve driven out of my way to go there. I recently had to transition my dog to a new food due to her allergies. Everyone was knowledgeable about the products and very patient with me as I tried different brands and flavors. I was able to finally find the right one and my dog doesn’t have to take Apoquel anymore ($85 per month)!
Kudos to all of ladies that have been so supportive. Great service should be praised!

The staff is always pleasant and full of information on everything in the store. I think that's awesome to have such cool people to deal with. Keep on keeping on👍

Staff is helpful and patient. You can tell they love animals. Plenty of products . They are my go to for fish and aquarium goods. Fairly priced. The fish are also usually kept in good stock. I rarely ever see any fin rot or ick. I've bought over $300 in fish In fish and still have a majority of them from this pet shop.

I love this store! it is always clean and neat and they always have the food in stock that I buy for my cat, Willie. I enjoy looking at all the beautiful fish and getting to see other customers bring in dogs of every possible description. A fun, friendly place to shop. Stop in and see for yourself!

My cat is so finicky. She will only eat tiki cat and ultra grain free cat food but man she sure love it when I bring that stuff home

This has always been my favorite pet store and favorite pet supermarket I've visited. Due to the insanity we are currently living in, they have you walk through the door and go get your things for you to help keep people from being all over the store. This is awesome. They were all super nice and even started a sing along to a song on the radio. It made my day. 😊

We went to Pet Supermarket looking for new kibble for our pup who has some food allergies. Tiffany was such a big help. She was extremely knowledgeable, showed us her recommendations and explained the reasoning behind each one. She also gave us her previous experiences with some of them. We had a ton of questions and she had answers for each one. Highly recommend going to her if you need help/advice with your pups!

Bought some fish. Saw a kitten. Thought about getting a kitten. Wondered how upset the old cat at the house may be with a kitten. Took a video and texted it to my wife to make her think I bought a kitten. Got home, floated the new fish, and am currently hoping the kitten finds a great family to love.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and does not try to sell you products that you do not need. I changed dog food and stoped using dog food with wheat and who knows what else is in it. I know it cost $50 a week but my German Shepherd has gained more than 25 pounds and my chihuahua English bulldog mix has gained at least 15 pounds.. Stay away from wheat it not only affects their coat with skin irritations but now I have a 8 year old German Shepherd puppy who plays like she did many years ago.. And she has a sparkle in her eyes that I haven't seen in awhile. Thank you pet supermarket

It looked very clean and all of the animals we saw looked healthy and content enough. Most of the cages are open and you can pet the animals. There weren't many of them, though. The staff we did interact with were friendly and offered their help if we needed it. For being so small, they have a lot of different products. I would always recommend adopting over buying from a pet store, but this seems like a nice enough place if you're looking to buy a pet. When we went they did have a few adult cats that were waiting to be adopted. Not sure if they had a separate room for people to socialize with them.
