I always love the atmosphere and how friendly the staff is here. I was truly impressed with Tammy. She was so helpful when guiding me through the makeup aisles and she knew exactly what to recommend a beginner. She kept making the effort to check the stock room to find all the shades that complemented my skin tones. Tammy has great customer service and knows what she’s doing. Thanks again for helping me.

I didn't catch the name of the young lady that helped me out today with purchasing a hair cream for my hairstyle. but I just want to thank you for that. I am a tomboy and felt so weird being in that place but she made sure to make me feel comfortable and helped me out. I will be back for more of my hair care products.

Eram helped us immediately and was so nice and patient matching makeup for myself, my sister, and my mom. She did great and is so nice! Another employee even offered the men in our family waters as they waited for us.

I can't get enough of this place!!! They are wonderful and so helpful!!! One showed me how to do the false lashes and applied the ones I bought on me for me!!!! Got this huge case on sale for $23!!! I have to get another because I just graduated cosmetology a few months back and so far I have way over $500 and after yesterday I have to get another to fit it all in!!!! It comes with locks and keys too :)

Staff are helpful and polite. Services include waxing and hair styling.

Bridget from the salon is phenomenal! I went in and showed her a few pictures of how I wanted my hair and she said executed it. She asked questions and listened to sure my hair was exactly how I wanted it.
She was also such a sweet girl, which made my visit comfortable.

My local Ulta store in Christiansburg, VA went above and beyond for customer care in resolving an issue I had with a gift card. Lee Ann was dedicated in helping me and always showed professionalism in her communication resolving this! I will definitely shop again!

I just got off the phone with Hannah, and she was so lovely and so kind as soon as she answered the phone! She was knowledgeable and led me through on how to exchange the perfume that I disliked that I purchased from a different Ulta can’t wait to have her help me pick out the perfect perfume in the store!!!!!

Tiersa at the Christiansburg location was amazing tonight. She went above and beyond to help me find an item that appeared to be out of stock! She was so patient and looked multiple places JB the store before finding the item I was set on! Thank you! Every employee I interacted with was so friendly and helpful! Great experience

I am sooooi pleased. I had my hair colored professionally for the first time in my life. It looks great. The stylist was wonderful and took time to find out exactly what I wanted. I shop this store frequently and the staff there are top notch! Great variety of products to choose from.

I have been shopping at Ulta for years... and this particular location has by far the nicest employees. They're so nice, accommodating, and welcoming. Even the girls remember me (I'm usually in 5 times a month). They definitely make the Christiansburg better, and I'm glad they're here!

This ulta is amazing!! It has easy access to all the products and a great selection of products!! I love come here and just shooing and being a girl😊the employees are very nice and kind! They are always there if u need help!! Ulta knows it’s stuff😊I 10/10 recommend to any one who wants to come here!!

Birdie, one of the stylists at the salon, is wonderful and did a great job on my hair (she fixed a bad pixie haircut from a different salon). She was kind, listened to what I wanted, and ended up giving me a very cute pixie.

This place is amazing! They have something 4 all your beauty needs. Very friendly & informative service. I'll definitely do my shopping there for now on.

Great services offered, great staff.I was a blank slate when i went in, these people put all their efforts in to get me the products based on my skin type and skin color. From a concealer to base and setting mist. I was never satisfied like that before.❤

I love this store! The people are so kind there. They greet you at the door and are happy to help you shop. They are observing all the pandemic rules and regs yet provide an excellent shopping experience.

I had Miranda cut my hair and it looks amazing so very happy with it. My hair is very thick and curly which can be hard to handle sometimes. She knew exactly what I needed. She also suggested a product that I now adore.
