Very helpful. I pulled in because my engine light came on and was stalling.
The guys read my engine light and gave me the diagnosis.
With that I was able to fix my problem on the spot for $10

Prices are pretty typical of any auto parts store . Service is usually pretty good

Awesome service!! Came in for wiper blades. Not only did they find what I needed, but he came out in the 14 degree morning and installed them for me!!!! I was in and out in 5 minutes. Thanks so much!!

Great service!!! Had to make 3 trips to this store today. Isiah took care of me all 3 times with my breaks and rotors....shout out to Kyle for assisting with my warranty returns as well...but Isiah had a great attitude each time I was in there....super thanks again Isaiah!!!

Spencer and Chad were not only extremely willing to help me with my dead battery, they were friendly while doing it. It doesn't take much REAL customer service to make a difference and these guys both went above my expectations.

Only get 4star because they didn't have both the battery boxes I needed. I'll update this if they have another box tomorrow morning like he said.

Edit: Went back for my other battery box and it was in. Very nice. I didn't even have to order it, the counter person took it upon himself to order it for me. Right on

It was great we went there for a glass mirror for my mother in laws car. Someone hit her mirror that same day. Needless to say getting the mirror was a great idea bc she’s not used to driving without her mirrors. The only thing that sucks is she had the blinker that blinked when a car was beside her & it doesn’t do that now.

I went to take back parts and after talking to Sammie,a manager she told me from the description that I needed brakes and rotors which I just paid Belle Tire $80 for a scan and they didn't mention anything about brakes or rotors.Now I been sitting for 3and a half hours to get my brakes and rotors done
I'm wondering if I had a $80 scan why it didn't show up in the scan at Belle Tire.

The Corunna road location wouldn't take my used motor oil and was very ride about it. I left a review for that and now it's labeled as dort hwy. Never had an issue with the folks at the south dort location. Updated to 5 stars... But Corunna Road deserves 1 star.

AutoZone has actually perks for every $25 you spend in the store you get a punch on your card or actually they keep track of it in their computer so even if you lose your card you'll be all right you just got to look it up with your phone number. After 5 purchases of $25 you get $25 free worth of AutoZone merchandise! It's a win-win situation especially if you're fixing up a car or do you need to get a new starter or a battery or whatever you need to do for your Automotive needs it all counts so make sure you spend that $25 at least so you can get that punch and after 5 you know what happens! 25 free dollars and that's good for all they even come out and they hooked up my windshield wiper when I was having a hard time I took them like two point five seconds they'll check your car check engine light will plug it into the machine and I'll even check your battery from outside. A lot better than some of the other places like O'Reilly's where you got to bring the battery inside.

Not sure who the guy is that helped me but when I went in to buy my battery he was very nice and helpful and today he was great again but he is a very sweet guy this may be his employee number 37

When I need parts, I go to AutoZone because they do a good job. They know their parts and I do too. It helps when they know parts!
