Leaving work today one of my windshield wipers broke. My truck was snow covered and it was -15 with wind-chill and 35 mph winds and roads were horrible. I called Auto Zone on dort and Richfield and was told they were open till 7. I hurried to get there but was very careful because I the wind was awfully.

I got there and the young man that was working went out in this horrible weather to put windshield wiper on. I know this is something they do, but his attitude and caring personality left a warming feeling to me( someone who needed a pick me up). There are many kind people in this world but he was exceptional. I didn't catch his name but it was Christmas eve about 640pm. I want to say Thank You, this meant a lot to me.

I am updating and upgrading this review to add a shout out to Jason W. As a retail vet myself, I was amazed at the quality of his customer care, far better than I might reasonably expect. He smashed it on all points. His unpretentious diligence and grace under pressure should be noted, and serve as an example to us all!

They had what I needed and but I was looking for little plastic letters and they didn't have little ones and it's convenient

My husband went in on monday and had a horrible experience. Today I went in because I had to use the gift card that was given to me, online was offering 20 percent off so I was going to order it there but i could not due to online not letting you use a merchandise card. Anyways i went in and i told Tony what happened and he helped me so much!! I would recommend him to anyone going there ! Thank you again Tony for all you help. You went above and beyond!

The guys there are freaking great. Did not deal with the women so i dont know how knowledgeable they are.. The two men know what they are doing. Installed a new battery for me even with mine being harder due to having to remove a brace and shroud. Just awesome people.

I have never have luck that ( As 1 of my brother's use to say about or to me "If you didn't have bad luck you wouldn't have any at all! 😉") getting a part and being able to install it right there at their counter. She helped to fix our flat --quickly and helped us to get back on the road safely. She is a god-send. We felt like she was our angel.

Love the helpful staff and warm greeting you receive as soon as you walk through the door. Always more enjoyable going through a local family owned place vrs. Those big chain stores.

I am in here pretty much on a weekly basis the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I'm a speed perks member so I get some pretty great rewards. I recommend this store for your auto part needs.

Great hardware store. They always have exactly what I am looking for. If I'm unable to find something, there is always someone available to help. Checkout is always quick and the cashiers are always friendly.
