Dunkin'

Cautiously optimistic?? After months/a year of poor, or at best inconsistent experience, it was lovely today! I’m hopeful there’s new management making the whole experience a breeze. Usually the lobby is closed, my order a head items are finished, then are terrible when done. But not today! Fully staffed! Friendly and helpful. I am so relieved if this can maintain consistency!!

This location has made a complete 180 with everything. The store appearance, cleanliness, friendliness, and knowledge of the staff. The new management has really helped this location. I am glad I gave this dunkin another chance. I recommend this location to all of my friends and family now. I used to avoid this place !

The only Dunkin I can find with French crullers! The baristas are knowledgeable and pleasant. I will continue going to this location over the one closest to my house because this Dunkin is consistent with their coffee. I love knowing my drink is going to taste the same every time. I love that they make most of their donuts in house. Hands down the best coffee in town.

We made a large order for Valentine’s Day and a brownie batter heart donut was left out of our order. Robbie was a true hero by giving us the last one after a very heated exchange between himself and another coworker about which customer would get the last donut. After a few minutes of bickering amongst themselves, he handed us the donut (although settling for any sort of donut at that point) nevertheless, thank you Robbie.

I got the large chai with light ice, plain bagel bites, and avocado toast with tomatoes. Everything was so good, wasn't a long wait and the staff are super friendly. I absolutely adore the lady with the purple hair💜

First time going here, even though we live just across the street. I was looking for a snack to appease my 1 & 3 year-olds. The Halloween-themed spider donuts were a huge hit. Very friendly worker. Now I'm just waiting on the surgar rush to wear off 😳. We'll definitely be back.

Lex at this Dunkin store was so helpful. She went out of her way to open the store door to let me and another girl that was waiting to tell us their dining area didn’t open for another 10 mins however I was running late from sitting in line 10 mins before I decided to just park anyway Lex was very polite and patient with when I asked can I get my drink order before I’m even more late for work. I work with people and I would have been frustrated if someone like me did that but she was kind and she brought me my mobile drink order to the door which totally could have caused others to expect the same but she really nice and deserves a shout out and recognition because sadly most people are rude these days. She was not. Thank you for getting my to work on time !

For years we've waited for a DD near us and to our good fortune one came. We love love the coffee here and purchase three one pound bags at a time. It costs less than than the supermarkets which usually sell eight ounce bags. The attendants are always pleasant and eager to serve. The eat-in area and restrooms are always tidy and if you wish to brave the elements, there is seating outside to enjoy their wonderful donuts or other delicious items.

The staff was very sweet. This was my first time at this location. I changed my mind on my drink and they had no problem Changing it. I come from fast food so I know how annoying that can be but they had no problem.

This is one of the best Dunkin Donut locations I have been to. They have great customer service, including positivity, giving orders out in time, and not messing any of them up. I recommend go here if you need that breakfast kick in the morning, especially during the holidays!

Coffee and donuts...yes please! Their coffee is much better than the “other” coffee place...you know, the one who starts with an “S” and ends with “bucks”...😬 I know, some people love that other place but I prefer my coffee to not have a bitter aftertaste. 🙄 If I am going to visit a chain coffee place this is my choice. Go early for the best donut selection.

Always have a great experience. And to the review from Re aD about the burnt bagel. It just so happens I was inside the restaurant during the event. She refused to leave the drive thru window for over an hour when the gentleman trying to help her asked her to please pull forward while he tried to resolve the situation in order to serve the other customers in line. Customers began to come inside and the gentleman had to continually apologize because of the lady. Finally he had to call the police and they came and made her move. She was super rude and inconsiderate of other customers. I believe the gentleman's name was Josh. He was very nice and polite to her the entire time she was hateful and cussing him. I think he handle the situation the best he could. I hope they ban her from ever coming back because her actions and attitude. I will also call their corporate office so they know what really happened.

Unlike most of these reviews I love this location!! They are always on top of things and get me out fast. I'm a General Manager of a restaurant and I don't think people will ever understand that people have bad days at work. People call out, drink machines break, toasters stop working, trucks come in, large orders get placed. We're only human and yes no restaurant or coffee shop or even retail are perfect. Sorry to tell the people who have NEVER worked in a restaurant that yes, we mess up and yes, we have bad days but through it all we ALWAYS put customers first and try our hardest to get things done quick and in a hurry. I'm just speaking from a General Manager point of view. Don't be so harsh if you have 1 bad experience ONE time...humans make mistakes...KEEP IT UP this location gets me from trussville to hoover every morning with their coffee and it's so much cheaper than Starbucks and their coffee is amazing!!! I don't even go to Starbucks anymore lol

Service is fantastic. Donuts are akways so tasty and the coffee is a cup of pure heaven. Customer service is great. Theres a worker there named josh who works so fast he could prob do every demand and still get your order right in the perfect amount of time. Oh and can i say best sandwiches ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

The donuts are fantastic. My kids are always pleased - and the price doesn't bother me.
I'm not a huge fan of their coffee or tea, BUT we dont go there for those things.

I visit here frequently. Ms. Rowe is a really good manager. I know most if the normal crew members by name there. However, there are new faces often. And that can be a negative especially when you get use to the normal crew. But, I have not experienced poor customer service. Just new training expeiences. Negative attitudes don't last at Dunkin with Ms. Rowe.

Hey grab me a coffee and an egg sandwich at least 4 days a week they are always friendly always nice he get me in and out of the driveway in less than 2 minutes I highly recommend this place they are very nice. And I appreciate them doing such a good job.
