Petco Grooming

Nadine was super nice and took care of my fur baby for her groom app. Making her feel as welcome and safe as possible!! She also looked and smelled amazing afterwards :)

Groomers were extremely helpful and attentive to our puppy Copper, with his first grooming appointment.

Samantha was AWESOME with Clarabel and she looked beautiful after her bath.

Jasmin was amazing! She did a great job with our anxious dog. She got him to stay nicely for the whole groom and clip and he was happy afterwards!

he groomer, I believe her name was Kirsten, gave my dog the best groom she's ever had. She was very thorough and kept in touch with me regarding any issues she encountered (mats). I just regret I wasn't able to give her a larger tip. I just hope she knows how much I appreciate what a great job she did.

I was a previous customer at PetSmart and I guess it was odd to know that my dog acted up when they were grooming her. It wasn't her first time at a pet spa but she has never acted up once but when I went to PetSmart apparently she did act up. So I decided to go somewhere else just to see what was going on and the pet spa specialist said she was perfect. It made me happy to know that she didn't act up on this appointment but it also seemed like she enjoyed the workers that you guys had at this location more. So thank you very much you guys have such a hospitality attitude. It made me feel very warm and welcome when I enter your establishment. I will be coming back again I already have an appointment scheduled. So thank you. And keep up the wonderful work and hospitality.

First appointment at this Petco and Cass did an AWESOME job on both of our dogs. For Breezy it was her first real haircut and we didn't know how she would react and how short we should have her cut. Cass recommended a puppy cut and she looks GREAT. For Bandit we did the puppy cut like normal and again Cass did an OUTSTANDING job.

Staff is always so friendly, punctual and they are all so wonderful at what they do. My princess always comes out to greet me so happy cause they treated her so well and always looking amazing. I don't have a favorite groomer, they are all great!

Thank you. Job well done. I didn't want to go out, but the dog was in desperate need of a grooming and if we had to go on a stricter shutdown, it would have been really bad. I liked that the area was controlled. Employees were spaced out and only one customer at a time. Kara did a fantastic job cleaning Rusty up and making him look cute again!

Miss Morgan is courteous and very helpful. And I do appreciate care of my lei.

The ladies in grooming are always super sweet with my dog. I only need grooming to get my dogs nails trimmed but I have never had a bad experience. I will keep coming back.

Both my dogs love coming here to get some quality TLC..They do a very good job on grooming and communication..

Skylar at the Mount Vernon Petco store is not only an excellent groomer, but is extraordinarily compassionate and kind in caring for my Westie Gracie. I love the way Gracie’s haircuts turn out, and truly appreciate that Skylar works hard at making it a stressless experience! Petco is very fortunate to have Skykar in their employ!

Cass went above and beyond to listen to my concerns with my dogs behavior and to reasure me him and the other dogs would be safe and he is in a safe enviorment. Not only that but made sure the products that would be used would fit his needs and allergy restrictions.

All the employees are helpful and friendly, but the grooming salon associates are especially great. They make me and my dog feel like we are the most important clients of the day.

Excellent , I take my very large German Shepherds there. They come back in excellent shape, bath, brush and nails. They remember the dogs name and are very good with big dogs

Helped me schedule an appointment for both my dogs with my favorite groomer who can cut their coats against the grain and beautifully trim and short and tapered!! Yay!

Cass is one of the best groomers I have ever taken my standard poodle to. She listened to my preferences and did a great job!
