We recently purchased a new Gator with the help of Chad at this place and we loved our experience, the service, and the John Deere Gator! Chad was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He was a good listener, answered all our questions, ensured we had all the information to make our decision moving forward with our purchase. In the end the delivery step became a more than we anticipated but Chad and many of the other staff there went over the top to ensure all our needs were met and helped us ensure we were taken care of making us feel important as you could see they truly cared. Always a pleasure coming in here. Staff is knowledgable and friendly. This visit was only for a part but we have equipment serviced here all the time. Both our commercial and residental equipment. Have only had one piece of equipment that we have ever had to take back for a repeat problem. They got right on it and had us back up and running in no time.

After ordering a lawn tractor from Lowes, waiting a month for it to arrive, and being terribly disappointed when it arrived damaged, we decided to go to Washington Tractor for our new John Deere. We worked with Vick and he was AWESOME! He was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He asked lots of questions to determine our needs and encouraged us to test drive the different models we were considering. We never felt ANY sales pressure. We are kicking ourselves for not going to Washington Tractor first!

Stopped in to look at commercial zero turn mowers. Got prices and brochures. Stopped back by to ask questions a couple times and change my mind on what I needed. I liked the knowledge and the low to no pressure sales team. I will definitely be back to buy again.

My husband & I were in the market for a tractor, stopped by just looking. The sales man (?forgot who?) Was so helpful and gave us alot of information to go home with & think about. We went to another tractor sales company to compare brands. A few months later went back to purchase a John Deere tractor. Salesman Brian O. Helped us, spent alot of time answering our questions & showing us various attachments we were interested in. There was no pressure & even let me pick out the tractor I wanted ( they are all the same) He gave us a fair cash price, but I had found the same tractor a bit less $$ at their sister store, and he happily matched the price. We bought a new battery for our rider mower, a trailer for the mower, loaded it all up and went away very happy. We were very satisfied with not only the help and information we received, but the products we purchased. We are actually going back today to purchase/order a chipper trailer, and will be going back yet again in a few months for a tractor attachment for the garden.

Over the past year I have dealt with Lorin and Brian in sales for purchase of John Deer Zero turn mower, and various Stihl products, including a leaf blower and Kombi unit plus multiple attachments. They have been wonderfully informative and helpful during the purchasing process. Kelly in parts has been great getting the the bagger and blower attachments for the mower. Will be going back for my yard tool/equipment needs. Thanks guys!

Only place to get green tractor parts so it's the best around. Although I do find the staff most helpful and fast in finding the right part. And they are always friendly. Free coffee...
