Barry's Ace Hardware #2

These are the nicest people! They set aside an item for me and had it ready to go when I arrived. Unfortunately it wasn't the correct item (water heater thermostat), but when I came back the next day to return it, they were so polite and helpful. Luckily the person who had to approve the refund knew exactly which thermostat I needed and pulled it from their stock. I've never been disappointed with this store, they always seem to have what I'm looking for!

I needed a specific door sweep but I didn't want to spend 30 minutes looking for help in Home Depot so I went to Barry's Ace Hardware. Someone immediately assisted me,we found what I needed and he even helped cut it to the exact size and I was in and out I less than 10 minutes. Good job Barry's Ace Hardware 👍👍

I came back an hour later because I lost the initial product I got from her and I was assisted by Andres he was also polite and courteous. I didn’t remember sizes and type of the product earlier so I asked Andres if I could see if Isabel would remember and he said yes so she came picked out what I got an hour ago and I was completely satisfied with both of the customer service agents. So kudos to Barry’s Ace Hardware for having two great customer service representatives

I wanted want to take the time and thank the employees at Ace for their assistance. Justin and the crew helped me out yesterday around 4pm to fix my daughters window. They made me felt welcomed and helped me build my daughters window. Thank you guys will see you guys again!

I go to Ace when I need help because the big stores have no help or input to offer. Everyone that I've rldealt with at ace has been extremely helpful and goes the extra mile to help their customers.

This is a great place to go if you need something quick, or appreciate friendly and attentive customer service.

I originally went here to place an application for employment however they did not have any applications onsite so I purchased bike tire patches paid for my purchase and left.

This was my first visit. I was really surprised that I didn't come sooner. They had everything I was looking for and more, with reasonable prices. Saved me the 4-mile drive to the Lowe's store. Better service here and faster too.

I took my window screens here to be re-screened. Not only did they do a FABULOUS job, the customer service was over the top with their communication. Pricing was also very reasonable. So much so, that I took back more screens. I dealt with Jesse at the store and he was incredible. This store is right in the path of the new light rail so I am sure they are suffering from the construction. Please patronize them and help them through this time. You won't be sorry.

Love this place. Staff is always willing to help and are very knowledgeable. They know what we need in as little as supplies as necessary. Even when piping had been Frankensteined together, by previous owners, Ace had better and more reliable replacement fixes. Will always come back.
