Everytime that I needed​ any questions answered or services provided, the staff was usually very prompt and courteous

Love that old man that works there always respectful, professional and kind . Amazing the way he recklessly throws my packages for a guy his age.

Constant errors with receiving mail at the correct address. Our mailbox has become a neighborhood gathering spot to exachange mail with it's rightful own after every delivery. Mail wadded up and just stuffed in the mailbox like so much garbage. Today received a wadded up empty Amazon packing envelope. We have had packages crushed and jammed in our mailbox instead of either being delivered to our door or put in the package mailboxes. I have complained multiple times and nothing ever comes from it.

December 2021 not thrilled with the post office as several packages state delivered but none were delivered. One even said it was in my locked mail box but in fact they were not. Not sure what the root cause of this is but I am missing upwards of 5 or more packages that state delivered. Also as. FYI I work from home and none were dropped at my door.

Bad customer service, The post man Dan is always with bad attitude, and super rude when you receive large packages, the rest of the staff are super nice as well as the past staff members specially Norm.
