McMinnville Pack & Ship

Living on the west side of town (McMinnville) it is so nice to have Pack & Ship close.
I've been utilizing Pack & Ship for almost two years now--have always found staff helpful and shipping packages and mailing letters is a breeze!

Always fast & friendly service. Never have a problem. I use them every time I need to ship things for birthdays & Christmas.

This is always my "go to" for all of mailing needs! Locally owned too!

GREAT service. Brought in a custom built built PC and they carefully packed and secured it so I felt comfortable sending it across the country. Definitely recommend if you need to ship anything.

This place is wonderfully convenient to ship things and get things notarized. I was in and out with the notary in less than 10 minutes. The people who work there are very helpful and the casual environment gives it the small town feel that is really lost at major postal retailers. The PO Box situation looks more convenient than other mail houses I’ve been to as well, I’d recommend for that too.

My husband has been using the mailboxes for almost 10 years, anytime I go in they remember me. Greet me by name and always get me the best rate for shipping. Brian is the best, and his wife is lovely. I would highly recommend.

I rent a postal box at this business. I have found the staff to be helpful and friendly, the cost of the box was the best I've found in town, they offer many different services, and I haven't had any issues or reasons to complain. There isn't many business one could say that about, so I'll give 5 stars, only because I cannot give them 6.

This family owned business is first rate. I took in 100+ lbs of misc auto parts, they took charge and custom designed a sturdy carton, packed all items, and got it out same afternoon. Very courteous and professional. No matter your shipping requirements, basic packages or custom jobs, give them a try.

Brian and his staff are the best. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and eager to provide excellent service. Brian went above and beyond to help me follow-up on a challenging delivery by FedEx. You just don't get this kind of service anymore.

Workers were quick and efficient to get my package 📦 shipped. They did let me know that they are no longer an official UPS station, so if you're wanting to ship UPS, best to take it somewhere else.

I have used them through the years and multiple time. They are a true customer service company. Customer service and caring about your needs are thier #1. Way better than the other shipping stores in McMinnville.

I needed to send a package and so I used Google Maps to give me directions. I found the McMinnville Pack & Ship without any problems. I walk using a walker so the first thing I check for is the door heavy or lite. McMinnville Pack & Ships door was in between heavy and lite so all gave them a half a kudo.
There was a man behind the desk and he said hi and I said hi in return. He asked me what could he do for me? I said I have a package that I need to ship to GHANA. He asks me if I knew how much it cost to ship a package all the way to GHANA? I said no how much does it cost and he looked it up for me and said it would be over $200.00. He explained that there was a 6 to 10 day delivery time or i could spend the extra money and it would get there by Wednesday. Today was Friday so I said let's go with the shortest time to get there and I need it insured because it was a $1.000 iPhonesx.

So, he went about packaging it up for me he even filled out the paperwork by a computer for me. He showed me the paperwork on it and asked if it was all correct. I looked over the paperwork and said yes it was correct. So, it ended up costing me $309.14 to send my package. I know that sounds expensive but it was going to another country and that's how much it cost to send a package there. I got great customer service and I got my package sent so I was happy. They also rent mail boxes out, make banners and posters and have notary copies shipped out. They are a DHL authorized shipping center. If you want great customer service and you need to have it packaged for you as a courtesy then take your packages to McMinnville Pack & Ship they will treat you right!

Whatever your shipping needs are, large or small, Brian and staff will provide you with 5 star service! Not to mention Brian REALLY knows how to pack to ensure your item(s) arrive safe and intact.

Very help full. Was able to forward an emailed shipping label and they printed it out, packaged up what I was shipping and took care of everything! Very friendly!

This place goes the extra mile to earn your business.I trust them to give me the best advise when it comes to my shipping needs. Right in town next to shopping center makes them super convenient also.

Update: Edited my original post, issue was resolved quickly. So glad to have Mac pack n ship nearby in McMinnville, with different carriers being an option!
