Good Morning Breakfast Nook

I like breakfast anytime of the day especially with a great referral from a friend. Went to The Nook for the first time today. It's a small corner building in a strip mall at Paynters Mill in Milton Delaware.
They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything seems to be made from scratch, fresh.
Wide variety of foods available!
Started with coffee and a mimosa. The mimosa seem to be made with fresh squeezed orange juice and a wedge of orange with champagne.
I ordered the Spanish omelette and instead of having potatoes, had small salad with lime vinaigrette and small fresh berry mixed fruit with my Spanish omelet. Soooo good. You're not rushed to make a selection and you're not rushed out of the restaurant after completing the meal. It was full when we came in and full when we left. Clean, great service and atmosphere.

My husband and I, have heard great reviews about the Nook. We went here for my Birthday breakfast. We were not disappointed. The food was hot and fresh. My latte was the best I have ever had. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend The Nook to everyone.

This place is a hidden gem! We have been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and no meal has disappointed. the service is friendly and efficient. the atmosphere is small, theres only about 15 tables. Very busy at breakfast time so expect to wait if you go at peak times. but worth it. my husband loves the apple cider mimosas and the food is cooked so well with fresh ingredients. i cannot recommend this place enough, it has rapidly become our go to spot for any meal of the day.

My wife and I live about 35 mins away, but we are so glad we finally made it in here! The breakfast was outstanding … everything was fresh and made from scratch. The servers and owners were extremely friendly … my kids loved their meals too! We will definitely be back!

This is one of my favorite breakfast and lunch retuarants. They're always friendly, the food is amazing,and I enjoy the comfy location. If there is a wait, it's never long. I need to come for their dinner sometime. Dinner items look great.

This restaurant is a gem - the food is always delicious. Everything is cooked from scratch. They are more than accommodating to dietary requests (we have dairy intolerance). We have had 100% excellent dining experiences at THE NOOK. And we have eaten here many, many times. Can’t say enough good things about this family owned business. Highly recommend.

It was our first visit and it’s such a cute and charming little place! Its on the smaller side so you might have to wait a few minutes for a table, which we didn’t mind. The menu was great with a variety of options and everything was fresh with great coffee and friendly staff.

New discovery in lovely Paynter's Mill. Savory crepes for breakfast were ample enough for takeaway. Small quaint atmosphere, diverse interesting menu breakfast thru dinner, and personable service. Well done indeed.

They put extra love in their food. It's not your typical restaurant. The eggs Benedict with salmon is excellent. I had the smoked chicken and avacado panini. The service is good and friendly.

Great find! Another reviewer made a comment about this place being a "hidden gem", and they could not be more right. There is not much dining space inside, but they have a large tent set up outside for additional seating as well. They have a nice variety of options for all meals, and we will definitely be back. It took a little longer than I expected for the food to arrive, but it was worth it. Our portion sizes were HUGE, and everything we had was delicious. My El Paso salad was full of fresh veggies, and the crispy tortilla strips were the perfect topper. Looking forward to trying other choices on future visits.

The chicken pot pie was phenomenal!! Flaky tender crust with the creamiest center. I’ll take 10 to go please!! 😋 Great friendly service and lots of parking!! Thanks!!

A charming little restaurant. Very appropriately named. Had the Eggs Benedict Florentine. Eggs perfectly cooked as requested, decent hollandaise sauce. The one server working the dozen or so tables was amazing to watch. An overall great experience.

Absolutely loved the menu choices. Their breakfast was delicious, hot, and flavorful! The waitress was very friendly and kind. This was our first visit and won't be our last! We will be back to try lunch and dinner!

The grilled special was perfectly cooked!! Chicken and steak.. so tender! Shrimp skewer... delish!
Salad was cold and crispy and included lots of veggies and nuts!
Another great dinner out at the Nook!!❤

The delicious food and the great service is always spot on.

L-O-V-E. That is what I think when I come to this place. My daughter and I love this place for breakfast and lunch. Service is amazing. Lovely location too.

The food is delicious and the attention is pleasant. It's our second time there. It is always a great option for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

It's one of the best chicken quesadillas that I have ever had! Wonderful comfort food lunch, and the waitress was so sweet and attentive! The vegetables were sauteed perfectly.

It's one of my brunch spots. I always receive great service. The food is good. Their coffee is made well. The iced coffee is good, too.

It's adorable and delicious! Go here you will not regret it!!
