Miguel and Allan were absolute heroes, saving the day even after hours on a Sunday! They went the extra mile to help with a dead battery installation, and Miguel's expertise made sure it was done flawlessly. Not only that, but their can-do attitude was truly admirable. Alan (the manager) at the Lewes store is always willing help out. I'm a school teacher/Uber driver. Really needed to get something handled right away. Alan came thru in the clutch! Had a great experience with Derek and Andrew at this store. Andrew showed me around to a number if things I needed and Derek helped me get my hands on the tools to do the job right there on the spot. Unexpected generosity and very friendly — makes a big difference!

Just left Auto Zone in Lewes. Due to many recent experiences with under experienced employees giving me a poor opinion of the business as a whole I had almost given up AutoZone entirely and moved on to the next local parts store. Today I bought a couple of belts for my truck & a tensioner pulley to go with it. I had to remove the belt currently on the truck in order to find the correct one. Not expecting to have to do so I left my tools at home. I was becoming growingly frustrated with how my Friday night was starting out. An employee By the name of Derek was not only kind enough to let me use his personal toolset but also took a moment to assist me in my relentless, ongoing struggle against the new tensioner pulley which needless to say was doing its job ALMOST as well as he was. Between Derek and the nice lady behind the register who’s name I didn’t catch, my opinion of the business has been swayed back in to a positive direction. If I have learned anything in my life it’s that you take care of your good employees and they will take care of you. It is my hope that In writing this review the employer will recognize these individuals. As they should be valued and appreciated by AutoZone as much as by me, the customer. Thank you guys.

Have been there several...staff always willing to go beyond average help...even to go as far as to help me find a product that they didn't have at another business...what more can you ask for....nice!!!

I needed a turn signal bulb. A nice man came to the car, verified the bulb, picked up a package of 2 bulbs, replaced the burned out one and only charged me the price of the bulbs, $7.99! The spare one is now in my glove box. Great experience!

On February 5th I went to Auto Zone in Lewes Delaware and bought a new battery for my F250 XLT TRUCK and the young guy who installed it for me was one of the best people I’ve dealt with. He knew exactly what he was doing and got the battery installed in minutes as it was freezing outside. He was quick and kind. My grandson wants to be a mechanic and is going to apply at this location. Thank you

Derek helped me exchange an old battery for a new one. Located replacement at once and came right outside and switched the batteries in minutes. Total professional...knowledgeable and skillful. Made the visit efficient and comfortable...great customer service and a great guy. Thanks AutoZone!!!

Derek went above and beyond with his outstanding customer service. I stopped to see about purchasing a battery for my 2011 Chevy Malibu. One of the cables was extremely corroded and he took the time and care to clean it making sure he did not damage it. He installed my battery and had me on my way. As a unemployed handicapped senior I can’t tell you how much it meant to me. Thank you Derek.

We were having a rough day, we came from Baltimore to go to rehoboth beach when are alternator went up, (fast forward) we was able to make it to this auto zone and car completely died, Chris and Kevin was nice, they assistant my husband to change the alternator, told me where I could take my kids to get food and offered us somewhere to sit til he was finished, they charged our phones. This was the best service I have ever had at a auto zone, We are so thankful!

Andrew and fantastic. Had my mother visiting from out of town and while here the battery died on her car. He came out to remove the old battery and installed the new one all in under 20-minutes. She’s safely back home.

Altho the items I ordered did not fit my car, the staff was very helpful in trying to find a windshoeld shade to fit my windshield. They processed my return quickly! I would shop there again! Very quick and efficient cutbside pickup too!
