Great company. The pricing has been the best and service is the best I have experienced in my 25 years of shipping product. They follow the shipments and contact the parties on both ends of delivery information. There have been no surprises except the high level of service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tony and his team at RDS. My company hired them for white glove delivery of a very heavy and expensive lab automation instrument, along with several pallets of additional parts. I frequently work with movers for instrument deliveries and installations across the Midwest, and the RDS team is the best I have ever had.

They were prompt, professional and fun!
They were eager to get the job done efficiently and safely, and went above and beyond to make this delivery/move run smoothly. They take great pride in what they do and it really shows.

In addition to being super hard-working and efficient, these guys have such a fun and friendly demeanor. Myself, my service engineer and my customer were all so impressed at how well these guys do their job, and how they made a normally mundane task into such a positive and enjoyable experience. I am really looking forward to working to working with them again!

Our company has used Tony and his team multiple times and they ALWAYS come through.

We had an important project come in from one of our most valued customers that was very time sensitive.
Tony and his team helped us unload 5 truck loads of product and then helped us with the organizing and warehousing of it all.

We also had an emergency where we were missing product for an important trade show display. I called Tony and without hesitation, he was ready to make the 6 hour drive to get it to us before show time.
