Ranaa and Austin worked so hard to review my account and provided amazing guidance. During my visit, the system had minor difficulty and they worked hard and quickly to fix it and get me on my way. Not to mention Ranaa saved me a ton of money in my future when it comes to bills by finding the best bundle for our household needs.

I spent over 2 hours on hold with Verizon to activate my daughter's phone. I finally went into the Hudson store and they helped me within 25 min. Tristan was great to work with.

My email survey didn't work so I wanted to make sure I still left a review. Jason was fantastic yesterday and helped me out in every way he could in between his appointments. Yesterday was appointments only and I walked in needing to buy a phone to replace my broken one, Jason went above and beyond and was amazing to deal with and I'm very grateful!

I was into the Hudson store on the 24th and the 31 of January. My first visit started out a little bit sour(nothing to do with the store, but with the corporate). I worked with Hayden on both occasions. He made everything very easy for me and completly explained everthing to me.He helped with set up and then when I came back on the 31st he helped me with the case on my phone.5stars to the store and mainly to Hayden for his patience and kindness he showed me.

Great customer service I got today while needing helping with my new phone that stopped working. I didn’t get his name but he was super nice, patient, understanding and fixed the problem. All the other staff were nice and helpful too! Having problems at a previous Verizon in Woodbury I’m so glad I came to the Hudson location after and got it fixed quick!

Fast, efficient and courteous! What more could you ask for. Stoped at other Verizon location and was told that I could not change my caller ID on a business line, this location had it done in less time then it took me to write this review.

Both managers and Tyler went over and above for my girlfriend and her mom and me. We had a massive issue with our previous carrier, and they even called them trying to help us get through until Friday. They stayed 45 mins past closed to make sure we were set up with a new account with Verizon. They were super patient and helpful And nice. I can't say enough good things about them.

Wanted to send a huge shout out to the crew working last night! I walked in at 4 p.m. with a time crunch and a malfunctioning phone. I was fully prepared to just purchase a new phone right then and there, but the crew working slowed me down and looked over my phone with me. A system update was all it needed, which of course caused me to feel silly, but also very relieved! Considering they could have easily taken advantage of my situation and had an easy sale, I am very thankful they did not and will definitely be returning in the future!

Hayden, Cody and Jordan helped my family and I transfer seamlessly to a business account and upgrade all of our phones. These guys are so helpful and patient. I can’t recommend the Hudson Verizon store enough!!

I needed some help with my phone, and Kyle took Care of me. He was Very knowledgeable and Very helpful. Most important, he was Very nice, he took his time, and gave me some tips on how to avoid the problem in the future !!

Other than the ridiculously long wait time (over an hour)
Staff were very friendly and polite!
The first lady that checks you in did an amazing job handling customers.... Even the not so happy rude old entitled lady 😂😂😂 she was honest about wait times and if she could answer your questions she made sure to!
Waiting time... So I sat for over an hour there were a total of 3-4 staff, one customer left, 3 of us waited!
Procces time... After a rep was assigned to me the process was quick. I got a new phone, with the wait time I was able to make sure I was getting the best price, getting the new phone took maybe 20 mins longest being waiting on the safe.

I was the first one in the store yesterday morning, expecting to purchase a new phone as my phone was not taking a charge. The gal that helped me plugged my phone into two chargers and said all I needed was a new chord! I'm so glad she didn't try to sell me a phone I didn't even need! Thank you!!

This Hudson Verizon was a welcoming place. They were waiting at the door to offer help and answer questions. I found my representative to be very informative, kind, helpful, patient with questions, and he gave me good explanations. It makes such a difference. Thank you so much.
When I called the recommended Verizon phone number to report a change in my plan, I also got a very friendly and helpful person on the phone who got things well set up for me. Thank you, Verizon.

I prefer this store even if it can be a longer wait. I've never had them push any other products on me after I've made it clear what I'm there to do that day. They've always apologised for any wait and have always met me at the door to great me. I live in New Richmond and it has a Verizon store and I IN ALL HONESTY would rather make the half hour drive to the Hudson store 💯%

Awesome staff and on top of their business! New phone purchased and it was all ready to go in less than 5 minutes. Amazing!
