We stopped by for some lemon meringue pie. Oh my! We love trying all of the seasonal pies, and this one is a must. If you love lemon, you won’t be disappointed!

This Place Was Amazing . Glad That I Stumbled Upon This Place As I Love To See There Are Different Varieties Of Sweet/Desert Places Available. The Staff Was Amazing In Greeting Me And Giving Out The Info Of All Of The Flavors And Even History Of The Store.

I Got The Chocolate Cream Pie , Which Was Pretty Sweet But That Is What I Was Looking For. I Also Tried The Pecan Samples As Well And Ít Was Delicious. I Love The Variety Of Options And Would Recommend This Place Especially If You Are Looking To Step Outside The Normal Cake and Cookie Desert Preference.

Awesome experience today. I popped up to use my welcome to the Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop Club free mini pie with the purchase of a mini pie. I was greeted by very sweet employees that were telling me all about the pies and their favorites. The addition of a pie shop in Birkdale is just a perfect thing! And with the holidays just around the corner, get your orders in and these pies would make great gifts! PS

Update, after dinner at Inizio in Birkdale landing in January 2023, we popped into Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop and devoured the delicious chocolate pie! You have to try it!

The people at Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop really know how to make pie. I saw an add for them so I went to their website to see what they were all about. I found out that if you sign up for their Pie Perks Club you get a free 4" pie. So I did that and we bought another one and three of us splitting the 8" of pie was more than indulgent. These pies are rich, sweet deliciousness. We tried the key lime, which is my husband's favorite kind of pie. He judges everyone he tries against mine 😄 and I'm happy to say that we will be getting that one again. We also tasted the I-40. That was good too but I think, for me, with pecans and chocolate and coconut and the brown sugar of the pecan pie filling, it muddled the flavors a bit too much. But I'm excited to try all of the other flavors.

Some really good pies, best ones are definitely apple, key lime, and peanut butter. They do sell out quick so best to get there earlier in the evening. Best deal is definitely getting the 4 pack of small pies so you can try multiple

When to Charlotte for the weekend for a renaissance fair and I stopped at this place every night of my trip for dessert. First night I got the Peanut Butter Cream, second night we got the Key Lime and the I-40, BOTH were amazing to enjoy. 5/5

Thank God Huntersville finally has a shop that makes pies. I started going when they opened last year and have frequented them on many occasions. They are reliable, very nice/pleasant and make awesome pies😋. I don’t know if I have a favorite. I think whichever one I’m eating at the time is the winner🥰. My daughter’s favorites are the Caramel Turtle and the I40 (partial pie picture). The other 2 pictures are the Apple Pie and the Chewy Chocolate Chip.

I'd been wanting to try these pies so the free birthday pie coupon they sent me was the perfect excuse to come up here.

I decided to get 3 of the 4" mini pies: Blackberry Custard, Southern Custard, and Apple.

So far I've only tried the Blackberry Custard and I loved it. The crust was pretty good and the filling was delicious. I'm looking forward to trying the rest.

These pies never disappoint. The taste, always consistent, and I have never had a bad batch. This is one of my go-to spots when I crave something sweet.

When I first entered the shop, I was hypnotized by the smell of baked goods!!! I wanted one of everything but I settled on 2 pies. I enjoyed the Southern Custard pie. The crust was buttery and flaky all at the same time 🥧 The custard filling had just the right amount of sweetness.

Great little pie shop! The 4” rounds are perfect to share or not! Very polite and easy to same day order on the phone.
Will definitely be back again soon!

This place is unreal. Best pies I have ever put in my body. LOL. Sooo good. I forgot to pick my pies up on the day ordered and it was 3-4 days later and they told me they were thrown out because they wouldn’t of been fresh and tasty. They gave me all 3 pies at no additional charge which was NOT EXPECTED SO being a business owner as I am I bought several more while in there. I will most definitely be getting more and referring to many other.

It was soo good. I got the coconut cream and yasss! I am in love with this small pie! Whenever I'm in the area. I will make sure to come back to this cute little shop. ❤❤❤❤

The apple pie is 10/10. The peanut butter pie is 20/10. Thumbprints are delicious. Lynn rocks!

These pies are AMAZING! The peanut butter, the chocolate, the pumpkin, just all of them! We could eat one daily no problem. The staff is always welcoming and helpful when we visit. This is a must eat here in Huntersville!

SOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!! Get one of everything!!!!! These pies are the BEST I’ve had from a store in a LONG TIME!!!!! I ordered all of the flavors of the mini pies for a work luncheon and they did not disappoint!!!! Mahhhhvelous!!!!!

First visit, did a key lime pie. It was awesome and will be back. Tried pumpkin pie, it is the best one I have ever had.

Excellent pies. Great selection of a seasonal rotation. Best idea to pre order or show up early in the day.

The pies are DELICIOUS! They have a number of options to choose from - we love the pumpkin, pecan, and peanut butter cream pie flavors. Key lime is also good, as is the apple options (though my mom felt it was too sweet). They have full sized pies of course but they also offer smaller pies that are more ‘personal size’ which is a fun option! We often go and get those small pies - one for each person so everything gets exactly what they want. My only complaint is that I think the pies (especially the large ones) are a bit expensive. I absolutely recognize the quality of the product and it is a bit unique to have the small pie option, but still expensive e. Regardless, I keep coming back because it’s just so darn delicious!
