Larry even recommended a local restaurant that was excellent and by the time we finished eating and returned, my phone was repaired. The dude here at Ubreakifix store in South Euclid was awesome! My Samsung care plus experience was terrible cuz Samsung is a bunch of idiots that don't know where parts are at what location or where even serves servify. The dude here helped me out a lot and found the part I needed for my phone and made sure to take care of me quickly and accurately before and after Samsung transferred my claim to their location. Called to see about getting my daughter’s screen fixed on her iPhone 11 and the young man who answered was so nice. I got to the store 10mins before they closed and from the moment I walked in, the customer service was awesome! John and the young man (sorry I’m not sure how to spell your name) were great!! John said if I wanted to wait (mind you they were about to close) he would fix it so I didn’t have to come back tomorrow! Phenomenal work and phenomenal customer service!! I’ll be recommending them !! Thanks guys so much!! Phone looks like nothing ever happened!!

The whole ordeal in getting my device fixed was smooth from beginning to finish. I didn't even have to make an appointment, just walked in and gave them what I needed fixed and was informed of the job being completed at the time they said it would be. I'm thrilled with the service I got.

I had dropped my brand new phone and damaged the back housing. Ubreakifix was closed on Sunday but i was able to set an appointment for Monday, At my appointment, they had to order the part and it came in before the end of the week. I took it to be repaired on Saturday. It did take a couple of hours and a slight hiccup with the front of my phone but it was taken care of right away. I recommend ubreakifix for phone repairs.

I brought my ps5 in 2 days ago and my guy Larry the game expert fixed my overheating ps5 that was very dirty he was great with customer service and help diagnose the problem fast . Definitely advise going here fast and good prices .There communication is key.

Based on the clientele, I’d imagine very few people go out of their way write good reviews. The customers were rude to the staff, and the staff handled it all very well. I am very discerning, and can certainly say that the staff was very kind, professional, and comprehensive. This is our second experience with this store, and we were very pleased with both interactions. Thanks to the staff! Both the young man who checked us in, and the young man who checked us out went out of their way to make it a great experience, and it was apparent that they were conscious of their actions and attitudes.

Everyone was awesome! Each person I interacted with was professional and friendly. I had a small issue with my repair and they took care of it immediately with no problems. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my electronics repairs.

As a Google local guide, I did a Google search to get my children’s PS4 repaired.
I came across, U Break I Fix and called in to have the PS4 repaired.
The office is conveniently located in S. Euclid across the parking lot from Walmart.
The office is nice and open and Larry, (pictured) was the repair technician. Once home, I had to call Larry back to have him talk me through the setup of my new PS4 hard drive.
I did it!!! My kids are enjoying their refurbished unit and I now feel like I’m a PS4 “technician”🤣(probably not!!)
I’ll be bringing my Dell touchscreen chrome book for repairs soon!
