We have been taking our dog for grooming/haircuts at South Euclid Petsmart for almost three years. He is so well-taken care of and loved, and he always comes out looking great!

I had an excellent experience here. I almost never go to a pet store and had no idea what to do. I’ve never had a pet in my life and I promised my daughter to get her a fish tank and a fish for her birthday. So we watch some videos on YouTube and then we came to Petsmart to learn more about the whole process. The sales associate, her name was Parker, she was outstanding and super helpful and spent a lot of time with us and explained what type of fish would be good for us how much space they would need what kind of fish tank to buy and she helped us pick all the accessories as well. We are now at the point where we’ve set up everything and need to go back to Petsmart and test the water and then by the fish which is very exciting. I’m gonna make sure we go back when Parker is there so she can help us. Pic of our fish task attached :) not too shabby!

This location is absolutely phenomenal! They love my dog Bruce Wayne and he loves them. They are warm, kind and knowledgeable. This is our new favorite location and we'll absolutely be bark! Lol I mean back 🤣 😂 😅 🤪 🐕🦮🐕‍🦺

PetSmart whether I take my pups to groomer, shopping or boarding them when I go on vacation I Ali feel that they caring and very professional I definitely recommend them to all trust me your pups will be better for it.

I just ran in to grab my online order. There was no line and I was greeted promptly by an associate. This same associate got my order for me and everything went fast and smooth.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I went in there not expecting to buy anything, and ended up buying a gorgeous ball python. One of the healthiest pythons I've ever seen.

It was my first time ever at this particular location as I was in the area and needed to purchase food for my Pets. Great selections for a wide variety of Animals. They also had a very nice Clearance Section, too!

Best first haircut ever thanks to Claire from Petsmart, in South Euclid, Ohio! Claire always goes above and beyond for my girls, Dallas and Millie, even when they come in all matted and tangled! This was Dallas’ first haircut, and Claire did exactly what I asked her to! Also, booking with Petsmart is also super convenient and easy - you can do it online and they have great availability as well. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Claire!!!! The employees are awesome. They made my new fish tank journey so easy. We lost a few fish along the way but they kept at it until we got it right. They are so knowledgeable and it was nice to receive such great customer service.
