Edible Arrangements

I tried unsuccessfully through the main website to send an Easter edible to my cousin, so I contacted a store nearest her to place the order direct. I spoke with Dorothy and through taking a computer shot of my order and message, she was able to view what I needed and all other pertinent info before calling me back with my payment arrangements. She was great and SO much better than working with a "computer robot". Thank you Dorothy. My cousin was very pleased

The 12-count chocolate covered strawberries were big a juicy. Really good quality fruit and great presentation.

Where do I begin?! I came today and had not ordered in advance. I wanted something simple and not customized. I called when I was outside, not realizing no one is allowed in even wearing a mask. Doris was extremely kind to prepare it on the spot! It meant so much to me that such a small order was as important to her as a larger one. Shout out to her for outstanding customer service, and to the whole company for hiring staff like this! And a gentleman even came out to make sure I was already being helped. (And I was very impressed with the Covid restrictions).

This place is amazing!!! Last year, I had a really horrible experience with the edible arrangements in Boyton and getting a birthday arrangement delivered to my mom. All said and done, it was over a week late, the fruit was going bad, and some of the add-ons were incorrect. I was very hesitant to do business with any edible arrangement store locations after that, but decided to give this location a try. They did not disappoint. The delivery driver attempted to call my mom 3 times when she wasn't home and then placed a call to me. My mom actually called back while I was on the phone with the delivery driver, and the 2 of them were able to come up with a solution so she could get her arrangement. The driver went above and beyond to make sure she got it on her birthday! In addition, the arrangement was exactly what I ordered. I would highly recommend this location.

I’ve ordered twice from this location. Each time they have been helpful and delivered as promised. The recipients were very pleased.

The first time I ordered was the same morning I needed delivery because the Boynton Beach franchise failed badly.
Always call the Delray Beach store directly and order from them.
If you call corporate or order online, you will be charged a $10 “processing fee” which Delray Beach does not charge.

We ordered an Edible Arrangement to be delivered out of state. When there was no one home, the delivery person went the extra mile to get the arrangement delivered. They called me and we worked out an arrangement for him to make the delivery to the club house. He even called back to tell me that it had been put in the refrigerator. We so appreciated his great customer service.

My mother sent us a box of assorted chocolates. The order was off with the type of chocolate on each fruit. However, the owner made good and sent a new box of chocolates the next day without any hesitation. I will be ordering from this location again and I recommend you do the same as well. It’s so hard to find someone to stand behind their business and they did just that. Thank you

Working as a delivery driver for edible arrangements is amazing. The process of getting the product to the customers is very easy and straightforward. I am able to do the deliveries with my girlfriend. It also allows you to make a lot of money part time for the holidays. I would recommend delivering for the Delray Edible Arrangement.

Please ask for Doris! She provided exceptional service!!!! I must say I was very pleased with my order and overall experience at this location. The size of the arrangement was a little smaller than it appeared online but Doris made it very pretty and memorable for my husband’s birthday. I sure will be a returning customer.

THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! I had such a HORRIBLE experience with the Boca Raton location and with corporate and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone!! I was so frustrated and desperate until I called the Delray Beach location and they were responsive and gave me advise on how to resolve my issue with the other location. I resolved my issue and called back the Delray Beach location and placed my order with them. Not only did they deliver the same day they sent me a confirmation of the order and of when they delivered and they were very responsive!!! They saved me! And the arrangement came out perfect, I was over the moon happy!!! I will definitely use them again and again and again and I will also recommend them to everyone!

I order from this location about once a week. It is my go to gift. The arrangements are great and everyone loves them. Once I had a small issue (miscommunication) and the owner corrected it immediately. The delivery people are always so prompt, professional and polite. i highly recommend this location!

I called them about 9.30 am to request an arrangement to be sent to my daughter's job for her birthday and she text me in the next hour thanking me for it. She loves it very much and the small is much bigger than I expected. Thanks guys!! You did a great!!! Keep up the great work!! I am a very happy customer!!!!

Hidden Treasure! If you haven't had a froyo from this place, YOUR MISSING OUT! We visit Lindburgers next door frequently, never knew Edible arrangements makes all sorts of treats! We got a small pack of chocolate dipped fruits, and a strawberry froyo. Happy with everything we got. My two children five years old and one also enjoyed the experience. Greeted promptly upon entry. Friendly staff, with good knowledge of products offered. Store is well kept and clean.
