Cicis Pizza

Good prices for all you can eat, food was restocked quickly and efficiently. They closed down many of the locations in my area, and this was the first time back in over 10 years. It kept my high expectations from when I was younger, while also updating the storefront and keeping it as a fresh experience. My only complaint is this is the closest location to me about 190 miles away, so I can only visit on vacations. Got a pizza and cinnamon rolls to go, they were done in less than 15 minutes, which was much faster than most pizza places I've been to. I don't know if it was on purpose, but the old logo is kept clean but faded in the window, I thought it was a nice touch for those who haven't seen the place in a long time.

I had a wonderful experience at this CiCis! The staff did a really good job keeping the food stocked at the buffet. Everything was very clean. Being that y is one of the last CiCis left in Virginia, I am glad they are making all the right decisions. I hope this place stays open for a good long while! Very impressed with this location. I will definitely be coming back.

7hrs away from home and saw there was a Cicis in the area.
Of course we had to stop and we weren’t disappointed.
Just like a little kid in a candy store.

I hadn't eaten at CC's in over a decade. I forgot how cheap, easy, and tasty It is, and their cinnamon rolls always be bustin. Plus, they've got the GOOD ranch dressing. 😋

It was definitely what I expected from Cicis. The staff was nice, the food was good, saw 6 or more fresh pizzas come out while I was in, cheese bread was eh but they put a new one out that was better fresh, brownies I will say were lackluster but everything else I tried was either decent or great.

I just want to give Steven a shout out. Steven is extremely friendly, and he makes sure your experience is the best one. He also takes the time to talk to people. So he makes the experience more enjoyable. He keeps the food stocked with an appropriate amount of food. While I was there today, someone asked for more pasta and with in 5 ish minutes he had pasta cooked and brought out. He is extremely polite. He is going around the whole store making sure it’s as clean as possible. He is always picking up dirty plates to help keep your table from overflowing with plates.

The food was hot fresh and a great atmosphere. Employees were great and super friendly. I appreciated it because my son and I had a 4 hour wait for a family members surgery.

Last time we ate here back in 2021 the food, service and store cleanliness was horrible. Well let me update. This visit was a great experience all the way around. Food was hot and pizzas hit the buffet often and the service was great. I believe it was only the manager and a cook working by themselves but they kept the place running smoothly even though it was busy.

Good service, and an all you can eat wonderful fresh salad and Pizza bar (lots of different types of pizza and a wide variety of veggies to choose from on the salad bar)! Also real reusable plates and metal utensils (forks, spoons and nives) rather than single use wasteful plastics like so many other places. Plus fun old fashioned arcade games to play. Definitely one of my families favorite places to eat.

The staff is amazing 👏 they treat you like family and are happy to be there

My cousin and I drove in from three hours away to eat here. Cici's was one of our favorite pizza places at home that unfortunately closed. The pizza here was delicious, it's always super fresh since they're making it frequently. Eating here is really affordable too, you can get a lot for a low price. This was definitely worth the trip here.

Pretty good, the only problem is when I put money in the coin machine for the Cici's tokens it gave me chuck e cheese tokens (they are roughly the same diameter) I legitimately got a chuck e cheese token from 2000.

Food was good and staff was very helpful and polite. Good selection of pizza and pasta and even stuff crust pizza always a favorite to leave miserable from the all you can eat Buffett

The entirety of the place is more beautiful than anyone could fathom. From CiCi Pazzini greeting you at the door to the glorious, glorious breadsticks it is truly a one of a kind place. Before you can even walk in, CiCi Pazzini's welcoming face greets you. Upon entering this sacred establishment, your nostrils will be filled with a wonderful smell not even words can describe. The cashier will greet you with a pleasent smile and give you your cups. The cups can be filled with many crisp options, such as Sprite or Root Beer. After you've filled your drink, you can examine the food choices. Theres a jungle of greens and rivers of soup. Along with that, theres mountains of pizza, fountains of tomato sauce, pools of pasta, and beds of cheesybread. When finished enjoying the most delectable feast of your lifetime, its time for desert. It's difficult to choose just one when the warm aroma of cinnamon rolls and brownies both slam into you at once. The choice between perfectly powdered brownies and a graciously glazed cinnamon roll isn't one you must choose though. You can just simply grab multiple of each, getting the best of both desert worlds. After licking the final powdered sugar from your plate, the arcade looks inviting. Stumbling into the humble glow of the arcade will present you with a myriad of games and claw machines. If you aren't too sure you have the skill for either of those, thats okay too. There are many capsule machines throughout the location that only need a few corners and the twist of a knob to get you something. Leaving the place will have you feeling accomplished, like you just had the best day anybody has had, ever.

Cicis in Winchester Va. is great. Pizza buffet stocked most times. They will customize a pizza for you if you like. My son loves the Mac & Cheese pizza and CiCi's will always put it on the buffet line or make him a personal one. Small game room inside. Great location.

Been to a lot of Cici’s in my time and let me just tell ya that the folks here are very nice :] The manager tonight, Yayaira, made me a Pepperoni flipped upon request. For the record, this pizza was discontinued probably a decade ago but she still made her best attempt. I didn’t get the guy’s name but he brought the pizza to my table and he was also very nice. I would definitely recommend coming to this location. Even the cleaning staff was very nice :)

We went late at night near closing time and the staff was super nice made fresh pizzas for us. The restaurant and bathrooms were respectably clean. The food was a little bland and generic, but for the price to take your family out to eat on the cheap this place was a great decision. The staff gets extra points for effort tonight, well done.
