I actually really love this post office because all of their employees have been very nice to me but my experience may be different than others because I often find that people tend be rude to the postal employees. I’ve had at least three or four experiences where the employees went out of their way to help me. Maybe if you are kind have patience and use your manners you might it better service. The USPS as a whole has some significant problems right now that come from the labor shortage in our country. That is not a reflection or the fault of the employees working here. Be kind it will probably help you

I have never had any issues at this post office I live in Florissant but will make the drive to this location. Clerks always speak and are knowledgable and service is in and out on week days

I was very pleased with my last interaction! A seller was to have my package held at the post office for me (but the seller did not). I received the USPS alert that said it was out for delivery. I called the office and they were able to catch the carrier before they left for their route and bring my package back in to be held! They easily could of told me I was out of luck, but they took the extra time to look for my package and keep it from freezing on the porch while I was at work!

When looking for their number, I was shocked by all the poor reviews. I have an online shop and frequent this location at least weekly and have never had a bad experience. Sometimes it's busy, but I've never had an unreasonable wait, they are good at keeping the flow and have seen others jump in to help when there is a line. I have always been greeted and felt welcomed, they even take time to make small chat. The employees are very helpful with getting my packages shipped, even when I ask the same questions that I should know by now.

On my latest visit, I had a package scheduled to arrive and I was unsure if the seller had it held at the post office, as I requested, and was worried I missed the carrier to sign for it. Although almost closed, she assured me I would of received notice if I missed delivery and it should be here. If not, she said she would personally speak to the carrier and call me first thing in the morning. Then she promptly went in back and it was there waiting for me!

Also our carrier is awesome and very nice! Thanks for all you do!!

Just finished mailing off my wedding invitations here. The postal worker at the site was kind enough to help me put the stamps on also and said congratulations. Recommend going early for less wait time. ❤🥰🎉😊😍

I had never mailed packages with USPS before, so I wasn’t sure how it worked. The employee at the desk was very nice and guided me through the process and checked me out quickly. I would definitely go to this postal office again.

It was at Woodson post office in the city of overland( Mo 63114). Darlene is an amazing and carry agent that I haven't met so far at the post office. She welcomed and helped me with the service that I needed it on that day. She has a strong customer service, and she's professional. She was doing her job with smile.

My mail was recently delivered to the wrong address. My mail man Ryan, the supervisor Joe and the whole team went above and beyond to get my mail. It was a special gift and only had value to myself and family. I really appreciated the Overland mail team.

Workers are extremely helpful and very courteous. I think it should be rated #1! 2022 update...Still the best that I've visited. Love the personnel and their abilities to make their customers visits efficient.

I called today regarding a package that was sent in circles no fault to the post offices I know it’s crazy time, but Marquita helped me out so much. I didn’t feel scared to ask questions and she called around everywhere to find me the package. Thank you so much for the great customer service, I had to leave this rating. ❤

The staff her are great and hardworking you can tell what kind of people leave bad reviews by their lack of grammar and spelling. Very few people come here to leave good reviews because of entitlement. These web browsers all have spell check now...

This branch always has the nicest staff & provides great customer service. Given I sell online, I'm frequently in there. I never feel ignored, my questions are always answered & they provide service in a timely fashion! Everyone who works there is great & wonderful people to have helping me!

I agree most of the workers are very rude, there are 2 employees that actually value their job. This is also one of few locations that have a open lobby after business hours with a self service kiosk that isn't out of order. I use self service often to avoid the long lines.

Every time I come to this location I get what I need taken care of by a friendly knowledgeable staff. If you have a problem it’s probably because you don’t have the right paperwork or something. Stop blaming postal workers for your error.

Went to this location because it is close to my job. I had questions regarding shipping boxes to different parts of Missouri. Workers were very helpful in helping me select the right box and answering all my questions.

Excellent customer service at this location. Very helpful. Haven't lost a package yet, unlike other locations in the area.

I went in the other day very fast and efficient . My clerk was clerk 4 on 11/02/20 .She was smiling and spoke and made my experience great .

I use this pist office multiple times a week and everyone is always helpful, friendly and patient with the customers. Unfortunately, most only leave a review when they've had the opposite experience.

A lot of y’all complaints has nothing to do with the post office 😂😂
