I was completely impressed with my appointment. Unbelievably friendly staff and clean professional environment. I've never met a nicer eye Dr.

Rex on the phone is very rude. Doesn’t know how to do his job. Apparently only one person knows how to do the job in that whole place but is only there in the evening. Even the manager doesn’t even know how to do the job to call Nikon and ask where the order is. If you go there ONLY ASK FOR STEVE. He is the only one who is the most helpful and does great at his job. Been calling for weeks to know where my lenses are and spoke to Rex and a woman on the phone. Both are telling me “2 weeks” well I’ve been getting told that for over 4 weeks now, never once got told well it looks like it’s been awhile let me call them to check on it, until i talked to Steve for the first time beginning of this week and finally got help! . Oh and now the manager is on leave so apparently no one is in charge of that place. Once I get my lenses I’ll definitely be switching to another doctor.

My experience with the vision center was no where near perfect. There was a lady working there whom stared at all of the customers the whole time making it feel really uncomfortable. I was told that my glasses would be early, and they were two days late. When I called to ask about the arrival of them I was told that they had shipped out and would definitely be there the next day. When I called the next day I was informed that it would be an additional two days. Then on that day I called again and I was told that they were there, but it would be a couple of hours before they could scan them in. When I asked their closing time they told me 10p.m when I got there at 8 o'clock they were completely shut down and I was unable to get them yet again. On top of all of this, they were rude, and they didn't seem to have any idea what was going on around them. Each person had something different to say. They do not have a good work ethic, and they were just simply sitting around while there were others waiting to be spoke to after walking in the door.
However, Tina H, who did part of my vision check and checking out was very polite, and friendly. She was very comforting compared to the rest of the worker that were there. I'm so glad that I had her, rather than the rest. I wouldn't recommend this vision center to any one and I will not be a return customer.

I have been patronizing this vision center for 15 year. 9 days ago I had my eyes checked and the ordered glasses. The Doctor on duty was professional, the staff accommodating . I was supposed to pick up my glass in 8 days on the 28th. I phoned on the 28th and was told they were not ready, I received a call back letting me know that since I wanted poly carbonite lenses it would be a further 7 weeks, 8 weeks in total. I was shocked. I phone the manager, and told her how disappointed I was, she became rude and perfunctory....I will never give these people my business ever again. A horrible experience, awful. Wasted 6 hours of my time

They first messed up on the glasses, then we got my daughter's eyes rechecked, they said everything was fine, and no problem with the glasses. They then however recommended getting a second opinion. We got a second opinion, Walmart lied to us, the glasses had too much on her stigmitisim. We spent over our price limit, I am livid.
