I took my apple phone and iPad to be checked following being hacked. Tyler went over both very carefully and spent time explaining safety. There was no charge for this service. I would feel comfortable returning again if necessary.

After falling with my relatively new Apple13 and smashing the screen I was looking into replacing phone when I remembered uBreakiFix near me so I came ‘just to see if repair was possible’’. It was determined that it was a possibility so I said YES, so a half hour later Neal came up front with my phone in wonderful condition saving me over a thousand dollars (for the balance on my phone AND cost of a new phone) All in half an hour. Thank you so much.

My galaxy z flip needed a new screen protector installed. It is required to do this professionally in order to not lose your warranty. They did it in 1h and informed me the cost is $0 because first replacement is covered by warranty. 0 paperwork involved. Screen looks like new. Highly recommend this place. Personal is very nice.

The quality of service during calls on my wife's phone has been frequently distorting. She was very upset that her phone was so different after Verizon directed us through a factory reset and not excited to leave it while the repair shop ran diagnostics. The store representative deftly handled our situation and within a few hours was able to determine that the best course of action was to process shipment of a replacement phone.

Whenever you have anything that needs to be fixed, definitely come here! Tyler helped me out, and he was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience at ubreakifix. Neil explained the problem with my grandson’s PS5. The system was repaired quickly!

This is a great place to go to diagnose cell phone problems and fix the problem. I have used them twice over the last 5 years and was pleased to have had the repairs done for much less than I had anticipated. Today my phone died and the person at the store brought it back to life with no charge to me.

I spoke to many individuals at the location in Wayne, PA and had great conversation and help with each employee. It took a week for my repair to be completed because the part was in high demand and not available at the moment. I would have appreciated a faster turnaround, but the service was very good.

Kristen was super helpful and the process was seamless for a first time screen break on a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Good way to track repair progress via designated tracking number. Thank you!

My phone screen cracked and wasnt allowing me to open my phone even though it was on. I filed a claim through Asurion which was a huge headache. I called this store to see if they had the part. Thankfully they did have it in stock as no surrounding stores had the part. I drove 45 minutes from home to this location and i was not disappointed. The quick and adamant crafstmenship from Katt and Tyler was admirable. They were friendly, engaging and well knowledgeable of all products excluding my own. These employees saved this company from a terrible review and experience. The owners should use these 2 as an example of what great employees are and have them train other employees when the time comes. I will be coming back strictly to this location only for any further repairs. Thanks for helping the bussiness man get his much needed phone back up and running. A refreshingly professional experience with a team that went above and beyond to take care of me.

I use my iPhone for most of my work functionality. Unfortunately I began to experience failure of the charge port. I went to see Tyler in the Gateway Shopping Center. From the very beginning, he was professional, informative, and clearly cared about making sure I could execute some essential deliverables. Keep in mind that this was a Saturday afternoon.

Tyler performed a proper diagnostic. We discussed options for cleaning to see if the port would respond and replacement should it not. Turned out that after cleaning, we did indeed have a part failure. Due to age, the part needed to be ordered (they have super-speedy shipping). In the meantime, I purchased a wireless charger from Staples a few stores away. It was a completely inadequate charger and didn’t work at all.

I went back to Tyler. He put my phone on his wireless charger and it worked. He charged my phone after putting in a new battery (at a great price). Then he called a sister store in Exton and found that they had the part I needed. He set me up for an immediate replacement appointment with Exton. HE EVEN GAVE ME HIS WIRELESS CHARGER TO KEEP!

Off I went to Exton. They took care of me immediately and in short, I now have a perfectly running iPhone with a brand new battery and charge port all in just a couple hours, done on the same day as my first contact to ask if the company could help me, even though my phone made it difficult. AND IT WAS ALL DONE FOR A PRICE BETTER THAN I HOPED FOR when I first called in with my problem.

I could not ask for more. Tyler went way above and beyond because he cared. We don’t see that every day, that’s for sure. If you have a problem, if you need an expert diagnosis and/or repair, don’t waste your time and money. Just call the King of Prussia store and Tyler and the team will take great care of you.

First replacement screen had very bad ghost touches. They replaced under warrantee no problem.

I was shocked how easy it was to file a claim through Verizon (once I could find the link) and how fast I was able to setup the service. The screen replacement looks and works great! Nothing but the best for this repair location.

In addition to being friendly, caring people, Katt and Tyler are very good at what they do. They fixed a Lenovo laptop that others could not fix.

Not sure of the technicians name, but he was friendly and did an amazing job replacing my screen.

The back of my Samsung watch fell off and they put new adhesive on the watch for me. It took about 5 mins and they didn't even charge me. I'll definitely go back if I need them in the future!
