Our battery died after pumping the gas and had to call AAA. The cashier was so friendly, kind and understanding of our situation and put two cones, front and back, of our car even though we were blocking one of the gas pumps so others will go around. She said it happens and just laughed it off. We were told that the AAA will not get there for few hours and she just said that's fine. What a kind person she was.

Recently moved back to Loudoun and have had nothing but outstanding service from Roger Piercy and staff. Allen has worked on my car several times, and I appreciate not only his work but the quick turn around and honest answers. The Piercy's have somehow managed to keep the small town customer touch over many years in a rapidly changing area. Reasonable prices and friendly staff ready to help.

Despite its small size, this is a good station to rely on. Waits are typical but never too long, with its access and exit points convenient. A stoplight is conveniently here, so going east toward D.C. is never a problem.

Good service station with nice beer selection as well (the usual stuff and craft brews).

Gas

Small 4 pump operation. Did not participate in Shell rewards program. Only restrooms were port-a-johns 20 yes from the station.

Extremely rude person working at this station by the name of Roger. I just witnessed him yelling at a person knocking a little snow off her car (while it was filling up with gas)... he told her to do it somewhere else. They actually lost two customers today because of Roger's inappropriate rudeness.
