I had a package that had said it had been delivered to my house and it wasn't. I called the customer service number to see what could be done. I filed a service report and within 10 minutes I got a call from the local Post Office. The man I talked with told me where my package had been delivered and said he could have a carrier pick it up and place it on my front door step shortly. Within a few minutes the package was at my house and the Post Office called me again to make sure I had gotten it. Great Customer Service!

Every time I go to this post office, I receive courteous and efficient service. They are also very good at providing helpful information which has assisted me in making the best possible decision in how I mail things.

The staff was very nice and was able to figure out my problem. The parcel key was not inside my mailbox when it said delivered, but they were able to fix the issue on the very same day. I appreciate the help.

Showed up 10 minutes after 430(closing time) but, a last employee was walking in. I explained that I was trying to pick up a package that someone at home was supposed to sign for and didn't. She took the slip, found the package and gave it to me. She didn't have to do that, I know that I was late. But I am very much appreciative of the act of kindness on her part and the other employees that helped her. Thank you Argyle USPS.

I went to the post office to get a flag for my brother's military funeral...as I was told to do it the national cemetery. I spoke with the postmaster who said they were too small to provide this service. However, she made a call and was able to have a flag brought to this post office and actually hand delivered the flag to me. I feel the is going above and beyond.

Everyone at this office is VERY helpful every time I go in but they are short handed which tends to lead to slow execution at times.
These people that give 1 star reviews obviously haven't lived here long or they might feel compassion towards the growth issue that was not planned for by anyone other than those who profit/ want to profit in town hall. See where our monies go? Not toward the postal service!
P.s. "Lantana" is a subdivision which is in Argyle and Bartonville so, of course, it shares a zip.
**editing review as I've spoken to 3 PO employees (1 being the post master) about a package they delivered to the wrong address and I've NEVER received it nor a call back as promised every week for the lost 5wks.

These other reviews must be from people who complain and complain. Never understanding that these employees are people too and that they also have good days and bad days. The folks here are very kind. I have never had a bad experience. It’s a small town . And the PO is perfect for us

I come into the post office 1-2 times a week. Michael is always helpful and efficient!

The employees in-store are always very helpful and it is very straightforward and not confusing like most post offices.

This Post Office always looks crowded but I always get in and out very quickly! Very nice people... Love coming here!!

They do the best they can to handle an increasingly online based economy. I think they're doing a much better job now than they were a few months ago.

One of the worst post offices I have ever dealt with. Do not mail anything from their outside box. It takes FOREVER for something to be mailed from this office.😣
