I came in late on a Friday night with an issue with my tires. Jordan was able to find a large screw stuck in my tire and was honest in discussing all the options for my tire so I’d make the safest and best choice. I was grateful for his friendly demeanor and knowledge.

The website was easy to make an appt. This was a Saturday so it was very busy. The employees were very courteous and gave "real" information vs fudging the true timeframes. Very respectful employees. I only had a battery to replace and I was called once this was done. Thank you for being organized and courteous.

I'm a "loyal customer" type so when the service at my normal autocare establishment started to go downhill, I was super bummed about it. I only ended up taking my car here because it was the closest auto shop to me and I wasn't sure my car would make it another mile down the road.
I'm so happy to say that my experience here was absolutely top notch during every step of the repair process. They kept me fully informed at all times and made me feel like my business was truly valued. I'm excited to know that I've got a place that I feel like I can trust again.

I was able to get in the same day without an appointment on a Saturday. I wait wasn't terrible considering I didn't have an appointment. Good service will return

The staff and mechanics did a great job on my alignment issues and slow car leak and finished the work quickly.

Came in at closing with a nail in my tire, panicked that it would go flat over night and I would have to tow. These guys got me in last minute. So thankful for their help!

Great service. Explained the issues in detail after completing the vehicle inspection plus service.

Staff was great, they worked diligently to have my vehicle ready by closing.
They did encounter some issues but had it ready the next morning. To be fair the work that was needed was a full day's worth and I dropped the truck off around 10am.
Will definitely go back for anything in the future.

I have to give a shout out to Firestone in Bartonville! AJ was super nice through all this ice storm junk. Dropped it Sunday morning and didn't find out til about 5pm that evening that the tire had to be replaced, they were really busy. It wasn't ready til late on Monday and by then the roads were bad. They kept my car all this time, safe inside a bay, til I was able to come today to get it.
Super polite and kind, both AJ and the other guy I talked to on the phone. Wish I'd caught his name. I would definitely go back!

Great experience! Friendly and helpful front staff. Hard working and quick in the shop. They did a fantastic job servicing my truck. Wheels were balanced perfectly. My truck rides better now than when the tires were brand new! I’ve never experienced that dramatic of a difference after a balance and rotation. I’m confident it was done correctly. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had my wheels balanced and the ride was worse than before. Great shop and I highly recommend them.

5 Star Service all around. Went in on a Sunday before they were about to close and Grayson was more than accomodating. He was very professional and helpful. Fixed my issue without any problems and we were back on the road in no time. Top noch service. Can't say enough of Grayson's excellent customer service skills. Defiinitly will be back to this place for any future repairs. They earned my business!

First off Chris hoyle an Raymond an the whole crew down to Zack are amazing techs but are greT people, my rv was at another shop that wasn't fixed correctly, these guys went out of there way to get me rolling, good job Firestone an. Staff thank you sincerely

Brought in some buggy tires...and they let me know right off the bat they couldn't mount them for me....but they broke the seals on the old tires, told me how to get them off and seat the new tires....they did this out of just wanting to help. They even put air in for me when I brought them back. Thanks guys! I'll have to drive it up there some time.

Have used them multiple times and we have always felt they were very honest, not pushy, and do a great job!

This location is so helpful and customer service oriented. The Denton location denied any damages to my hood and couldn’t figure out the problem of why it wouldn’t close for a month. This location figured it out in a day and look liability for another stores mistake (after the Denton store lied about it on the phone), and ordered the part for me that the Denton store broke. So appreciative to have wonderful service closer to my house that are honest and helpful workers. Never going back to Denton!
