Lee was great here. He drove 4 hours round trip just to get me the phone I wanted and kept the store open super late just to help me! He was very patient and personal, he really cares about his customers!

I went in the store get a new phone to replace a broken phone. Craig, Veronica and Joe were fantastic and went above and beyond what could have been reasonably expected. I was able to get a new phone, upgrade my plan, save money and more. It was the best experience ever for me in a cell phone store. I recommend this location to any existing T-Mobile customer. If you are not a T-Mobile customer then now is the time to become one! Thank you Craig, Veronica and Joe!!

This is an excellent T-Mobile store, we were taken care of by Jim the manager who did a superb job of updating from a Google Pixel to a new iPhone 14, including moving everything over from the old phone. He stayed until a little after 8:00pm to get the job done! We appreciate the effort! Thanks

Wow! I was blown away by the service i received at this location. Jules was incredibly patient and helpful. He spent the time that it took for us to switch or service, update phones and even changed over our at home wifi. Highly recommend!

Craig, Veronica, and Joe were amazing. They restructured our entire bill to save us around $150 a month. They were efficient and professional, and I would highly recommend using this location. 5 stars!

My family of 4 needed to get new phones and change mobile carrier service. Julian assisted with this transition and made our experience seamless and easy!! He was extremely knowledgeable and handled everything with meticulous detail. Julian was very personable and took time to explain everything to us. Not only did he transfer all of our information, but he also contacted our current carrier to complete the process. In addition, he hooked us up with all necessary accessories! I visited this store to convert from a 3G flip phone from one carrier to a 5G Smart Phone with T-Mobile. I met and was helped by the Retail Store Manager, Jim Ross. Jim was professional, knowledgeable about the products in the store, and really cared about helping me to find a solution that worked for me. He was patient and answered all my technical and financial questions (and I had a lot of them). He then proceeded to set up the two phones I selected. In one case, one of the flip phones was a pay per call from my previous carrier and the process of switching the number was very convoluted but Jim got the job done quickly and efficiently. He was also very helpful to his other employees and was able to assist them in resolving other customer problems they were dealing with. He is an excellent manager and a real team player. His work ethic is hard to find these days and he gets 5 stars and a 10 out of 10 rating. He exceeded all my expectations.

I had the best experience today at this location! I came in so annoyed that my screen blacked out on me and wasn’t fixable. The DYNAMIC DUO Tim and Jim assisted me with my needs effectively and efficiently. I felt like I knew them from back in day. The employees had great hospitality, the store looked spotless, most importantly social distancing policy was respected. Tim and Jim heard my needs and matched me with the best options, and given me time to decide what I will be satisfied with. They were very patient and I did not feel pressured. This is the customer service experience that I desire to have with any retail establishment that I patronize. Thank you so much, I was in great hands.

The team at TMo Lima was fabulous from the moment my foot crossed the threshold into the store! They were eager to help, knowledgeable, made wait times clear to me and other customers (to when some one would be available to help and how long set up/data transfers would take) and more. I was in and out of the store with an upgrade in an hour! The entire experience was a breath of fresh air in todays retail space! Kudos to the store manager and team for creating such a pleasant, welcoming environment.

I must say the customer service at the t-mobile at granite run is the best! The helped with our transition, explaining everything clearly, got me the best prices and were just a pleasure to be around. Ashley was wonderful. She took the time to explain everything!

Walked in here on Thursday, and was happily greeted at the sidewalk by two TMO employees under a canopy. I told them I wanted to switch back to TMO from Verizon and Julian quickly jumped into action and got my transfer underway. I was out of the store in less than 30 minutes with my new TMO activated again. Julian was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and made my experience very easy. I’m happy to be back with TMO, I’m never leaving again. The grass isn’t greener with Verizon, I promise. Thank you to Julian and the Tupac lookalike!

I bought a new phone and had wonderful service from Joseph and Jim.There were some problems finishing the transaction since my phone was older. They took their time and persisted until everything was resolved. They were a pleasure to work with I highly recommend this location.

After having an unbelievably bad experience at the Chestnut Street Sprint location in Philly, I reached out to the manager of this store, Samantha, to see if she would help resolve the issues with my account. Samantha was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. She sympathized with the situation the other store put me in and went above and beyond to make sure all the issues with my account were resolved. She rectified an otherwise horrible experience with Sprint and I will definitely be returning to this Sprint store as long as she is manager to handle all my Sprint account needs. I can’t thank her enough!
