Always a nice walk on Beaver Meadows Trail. You can always take the shady gravel path if the sun is overbearing.

Well maintained trail close to town. Good for a quick escape to Nature. It can be rather crowded though. It is fairly well lit for evening and early morning adventures. Lots of wildlife along the trail. There is a gravel path on the other side of the stream with bridges connecting to the main trail so a loop is now possible. There is usually a portable toilet located halfway. Best parking is in the City Park or behind Martin's grocery store.

Just a nice place to go with or with out your dog.great for thinking and the views are so pretty when changing to fall to winter to spring to summer the trees are to pretty.

Great place to walk it's flat and with the bad back it's ideal. Lots of wildlife to see if you look.

I love taking my kids on this trail to walk or ride bikes. We always see tons of birds and other wildlife. It has both a paved and dirt side with a few different bridges that you can cross over. Benches along the way allow for rest in many places. One great plus is that It has a restroom at the halfway point. It also has outdoor workout equipment for those who like to stop and add a workout to their run. Some things I have noticed may need to be improved is a big litter problem along the side of the creek, behind the firehall as well as in the tree line on the wooded side and some of the wooden sculptures are in need of repair or replacement.

We walked on unimproved side which was shady on a hot day. Saw several ducks and ducklings in River. Three to four benches on that side also spread along trail.
