Wendy's

Ridiculous how long it takes to get service, it is 8:30 pm and I've been in line for almost 30 minutes with 5 people in front of me. I remember when this Wendys service here was impeccable but recently has gone to the DOGs. I drove here past the Kinsman location because that one is atrocious when it comes to service and you could spend 3 lunch hours in the li e. I don't know what is going on but owners of these establishments plz get it together

The best customer service I've experienced since the pandemic started. The manager was running a tight shift, making sure orders were correct and filled in a timely matter, and my food was hot. Good customer service is hard to find these days, so you need to praise it when you do get good service.

The person who waited on us was very nice. It took a little while to get to the window, but customer service is very important.

Stopped at this location before heading to work I was in and out .. one thing I would suggest that the tinted windows be replaced it gives the appearance of being closed due to the dark look over all polite employees

Food was prepared very fast

Dined in. It was approximately 845p and the dining room was clean, the team members were busy doing tasks. The register CSR was delightful, professional and got out order correct (their were a couple of change requests for the burgers).

I love Wendy used to work there back in my day

This location is pretty good, I ordered a JR Bacon Cheeseburger the other day and I had actual pieces of bacon on my burger and they were whole slices of bacon. I was so shocked because I have been to some Wendy’s that barely give me bacon. I went on the late night on Saturday and they were a lady who was rude and kept talking to me about cheese sauce and i didn’t even order cheese sauce. I like the morning/afternoon workers a little better, but at least the food make up for it!

I absolutely love the crispy fries, I originally hated Wendy's because I suspect they do not toast their bread and it's truly disgusting to me...,BUT....for a quick bite intensity a favorite ESPECIALLY since their food is almost always fresh or close to it and this has been proven, again.....and again......and Again. Delicious.

Went through drive thru . The line was long took about 30 minutes. But the food was good and hot. My Favorite Wendy's. I Believe all fast food places need more help.

Wendy's is always tasty. Their chili is hearty and just enough heat. My daughter had a chicken, avocado, muenster cheese sandwich which she said was equally yummy. The restaurant was. Kean, clerks attentive and they were quote busy but still pleasant.

Simply came here for a Dave's double.... it was the prettiest, neatest burger I've ever seen from a fast food restaurant! Lol And the line went pretty fast too! Kudos to you guys!

I love this Wendy's so much I've been going here for a long time now since I was a little girl. Their food is amazing when I'm having a craving for one of their delicious Baconator burgers😂☺ no need for a terrible review on this Wendy's restaurant because this Wendy's deserves a thumbs up in a 5-star rating.

After being closed for several months the Shaker Heights location has reopened and it's not just a brand new building, the service is far above what you would expect from a Wendy's. After eating here any other Wendy's will feel like a step down.

Took my gf and nephews to 𝐖𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐘𝐒 for Jr frostys. They really enjoyed them, great food at a good value.

Went inside for the first time since pandemic. Counter service was a little out of sorts. Got the parmesan Cesar salad. Really good. And the lemonade was delicious

Good food. Only bad thing was the drive thru. But due to the fact it was just rebuilt and only reopened about less than a month ago everything was too notch

Drive through was extremely long due to a lunch rush so I decided to go in and Victoria was extremely friendly quick and had me in and out!
