I needed A screw for the brace that keeps the battery from moving. The auto zone employee came out to measure and assist me with the measurements for the screw. Auto Zone didn't have the correct size however, the employee wrote down the Size of the screw for me. I appreciate the hands on way that Auto Zone employees help customers like myself. I'm not a mechanic. Auto Zone made me very appreciating of their services. Thank you Auto Zone.

Their service was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in the store, they greeted me in a friendly manner, brought me over to the aisle, showed me a wide array of products that would suit my needs, and then, and this is the best part they came out and put the wipers on my car. I was in and out in five minutes. Keep it up. I will see you soon again.

Had exactly what I wanted. The store was clean and organized and the staff was nice and helpful. One of the workers even replaced my blinker bulb with no hesitation. Definitely would recommend going there to anyone that asked.

Other than the battery tester being missing and I had to go to O'Reilly's... The AutoZone team was very helpful, patient and offered superb prices. I did get my battery from them and they installed it with a smile 😊... #highlyreccomend

We went in needing new headlights and unsure how to replace them. Davone C. Not only found the bulbs we needed, but replaced them for us. He was extremely kind and just a delight to converse with. We will definitely come back when we need anything else.

My left rear turn signal was flashing fast so I thought both the front and back were out. They were able to diagnose correctly only the front needed to be replaced and supplied the correct bulb for me!

I believe her name was Anna her customer service was awesome. She was very nice and seemed to know her job very. I would return just because of her customer service.

There is an amazing man by the name of DeVante (I think I spelled it right)that works at this Autozone. His customer service was A1. Extremely nice. Read my codes on my car for my check engine light. Very transparent gave me quotes on parts that I’d need. When I buy the parts I’m going to go straight back to this guy. I love when men are helpful to women without the “extra stuff” when we need car help. I appreciate this and every time I go to Autozone thats what I get. Thanks DeVonte!

Very very very helpful and polite. Needed oil bad and my credit card was declined and they hooked me up with it anyways. I don't suggest asking for free stuff by any means. But they were very helpful and did everything they could do to help me. This is now my new place. I won't go anywhere but this AutoZone.
