Athletico Physical Therapy - Hillsdale

I have been going to Athletico in Hillsdale for 13+ years and received treatment after surgeries on my back, neck, shoulders, and knee. Athletico staff are highly knowledgeable and professional. They listen to any concerns and include me in creating a plan of treatment. They have appointment times to fit my schedule and, on the rare occasion I've had to change an appointment, they were accommodating. I highly recommend Athletico and personally would never consider going anywhere else!

Luv this place...staff is so down to earth, friendly, helpful, and still keep their professionalism.. I couldn't hardly walk. First day Stephanie had me walking better with a lot less pain. Ty athletic team so much.

I was referred here by my doctor, his opinion was, Stephanie would be able to help me. He was right. The lower back pain I had been experiencing for years, was due to my left leg, it was 1” + shorter than the right. She put a lift in my shoes, in two days my back felt great. I went thru therapy on her recommend exercises and gained strength back. I can’t say enough of how she has put me back on track. Highly recommend Stephanie and all the people here.

Everyone there is absolutely fantastic the sweetest people nicest caring and efficient. Stephanie has done my neck several times for the dizziness and loss of balance and she is fantastic

The BEST! I've been to several different physical therapists in my life and this is by far the best experience I have had. Everyone here is fantastic. They are friendly and skilled at what they do.

I was referred for physical therapy by my neurologist. I have an autoimmune condition that kept me from being active for a while and landed me in the hospital a few times. From the condition and lack of movement, I had some mobility issues in my shoulder, neck and arms. I had misalignment in my hips. (Stephanie fixed this the very first day and I felt like a brand new person after years of pain.) I also needed some overall strength and stability work.

I requested to work with Stephanie based on a recommendation from a friend. I was told she is a miracle worker and couldn't agree more. She knows her stuff and will explain it to you so you understand what is going on. She will help you in any way she can with whatever request you have. She will send you home with materials so you can continue to progress and improve on your own.

I've been to other places where they start you out with your PT then, after a few visits, you work mostly with an aide (not even a PTA) overseen by the PT. In some cases, that model is fine. But I never got much time with the PT to ask questions or discuss concerns or issues. While Stephanie is always in high demand, I always had access to her to ask questions while I was there. She also responds quickly to emails.

Stephanie would always start me out, ask how I was doing, focus on anything I needed, and adjust exercises accordingly. She communicated if she had someone else coming during that same time that she needed to work with. She let me know who I would be working with in her place during that time and she kept an eye on things. Though, this didn't occur often, and only after I had visited several times and had things down. To me, this is a far superior model.

At times, when our schedules didn't align, I worked with other PTs or PTAs. Everyone at Athletico in Hillsdale is great. I never had a bad experience. Everyone there is skilled at what they do. Hands down the best therapy experience I've had.

I definitely saw significant improvements in my mobility and strength which is what I was there for. I never felt like my being there was insignificant due to the nature of my issues. Everyone was easy to work with, accommodating and knowledgeable.

I got a major back injury and didn’t know if I would recover. When I heard that I would start physical therapy, I didn’t really know what I was going to get into. Then, after a couple weeks, I started feeling better. The service there was great. I am not the person that would normally pick favorites. But everyone there was amazing to me. I want to thank Stephanie, Lacy, Zachary, Madison, Kim, Trisha, and all of the other workers of Athletico. I definitely recommend this to people that are struggling through an injury. Thank you for helping me get better.

Words are not enough! I cant say how much it means to me to have my life back due to the professionalism and care I received from Stephanie and her team here at Athletico in Hillsdale. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing the support of professionals that actually care about their patients. You will no doubt attain your goals with their guidance.

Really great people the get you back to 100% all willing to work with you if something doesn't feel right they back it down and don't force you to keep at it if it hurts just an all around great place

My husband has been working with Stephanie Ray on his dizziness symptoms brought on from having had Covid last November. We appreciate her willingness to help us both understand the issues. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us hope for the first time in months! Thank you so much for all you do!

Absolutely wonderful staff, from the front desk, to Erica H. who worked away at my spasming neck muscle and atrophied hand, thumb, and fingers. You worked strength back into muscles that I didn't think would ever recover and trained me how to do it so that I am continuing to grow stronger still. Best of all the pain is staying down while the strength is going up. I can't say thank you enough.

Athletico Physical Therapy of Hillsdale is a very great place to go if you want great service. The staff are friendly and personable. Willing to help you with your needs. They have the latest equipment that you would need get your body moving. They have good music to help with the flow and atmosphere. The Physical Therapist are educated and knowledgeable. I've had to stop in for an emergency adjustment and they took me right in. I appreciate their willingness to help me at any times. I was sent there by my neurologist for the tightness in my neck. But I also have had migraines and bad headaches for years. The physical Therapist here at Athletico have the knowledge to help get rid of headaches also. Great family of Physical Therapist and Staff. Just call they will get you worked in with your schedule. Thank you everyone. You are a great bunch of people.

Not much for words but they're all pretty awesome. all therapist seem to pay attention to each other . and help each other out as a team should . being a business owner I know that's very important.

Just finished up my second round of therapy in the last six months at Athletico The first was for my neck, arms, and hands. This last time was for my knee after surgery. Not knowing anything about physical therapy I envisioned something like boot camp so I was pleasantly surprised that it was nothing like that at all. Stephanie and her staff were very professional and tailored my therapy needs to me and made sure everything was relatively pain free and very effective. Overall it was a very positive experience. I always felt better after therapy and actually looked forward to treatments.

I have tried many different physical therapy places and Athletico is definitely a league of their own. I feel that their approach to physical therapy fit my needs much better than the other places I’d gone to.
The staff was always so welcoming. Stephanie was my physical therapist, she was so personable and made sure I never did anything that would make me feel worse. She has this positive energy that was really great. I would definitely tell any of my friends that if they have to have physical therapy, this would be the place to go. I’ll tell anyone for that matter. Two thumbs way up!!

Simply Amazing!! The whole staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I have been to other physical therapy clinics in the Hillsdale area and they don't even compare to the awesome treatment I have gotten here! Stephanie (physical therapist) takes the time and explains things and why your doing each exercise and listens this has never happened to me anywhere else... she is amazing! The facility is very clean...The assistants are very helpful and make the experience an enjoyable one. I recommend Stephanie or Tristen to anyone this facility is the best in Hillsdale County!

Stephanie Ray, Megan LaFountain, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly to me. They were quick to layout a physical therapy plan to ease the terrible back pain I was having. They did a very good job of resolving my back issues. Very Happy with Athletico and I recommend them!

I was in therapy for six weeks for an injury to my right knee under the care of Stephanie Ray. She and the other girls are excellent therapists. They gave me some good workouts that really helped me out a lot. My leg muscles are a lot stronger now. I have been out of therapy for about five weeks now and I am feeling great. I would highly recommend ATHLETICO PHYSICAL THERAPY to anyone in need of physical therapy.
