Deja Vu

First thing my husband said about my new hair cut was wow, you got some sass and attitude now. 😀 I cut my hair with Brooke. She is absolutely amazing! She took her time to listen and really did amazing. I got million compliments about my new haircut. I can’t wait to make my next appointment with her. Thanks, Brooke! 🫠

Emily is absolutely phenomenal and so sweet! I was very nervous to go to a new stylist, and after research and reading reviews from her other happy clients, I chose her. I hope my review will do the same for others in search of a fantastic stylist. Emily has cut my hair a couple times now and has done highlights. She has great suggestions and is very knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend her and I am so glad I found her. She also has a wonderful personality and immediately put me at ease. My husband now gets his hair cuts at the same location with Brooke and is just as pleased.

I had an appointment with Brook who exceeded my expectations! I have been in the process of embracing my grays—or sparkles as Brook calls them. She was able to blend my new growth seamlessly. I actually live in the Twin Cities, MN but was visiting Lincoln folks. This salon and Brook were worth the 6 hour drive!

This place is AMAZING! After trying a drug store box color, I ended up with yellowish / orange hair and didn't even want to leave my house it looked so bad! I called Salon Deja Vu the next morning (Saturday) and explained what happened and they told me to come in. I had no appointment and they found time to work on my hair. Brooke (the stylist) worked a miracle on my hair and was able to get rid of all of the yellow/orange brassy tones to achieve a very nice ashy color that I was going for. To top it off, she recommended a conditioning treatment due to the amount of processing on my hair and my hair looks and feels INCREDIBLE! Brooke took her time and even had a couple of appointments come in while I was there and took care of her customers while my hair was processing! I am so happy with the results and thankful for Salon Deja Vu for taking such good care of me! I really think Brooke is a color magician! Will be returning there as a regular customer :-)

My favorite salon! Hannah is my go-to and she always leaves me with my dream hair. I live in kearney but drive 2 1/2 hours to come here because the service is spectacular and the results are more than worth it.

Misty has been so helpful in cutting and styling my hair the way I want. She taught me how to style it. She is my favorite hairdresser.

After a few failed attempts to be heard by my stylist I had stopped going altogether. I was cutting my own hair and using a box color. I have a vacation planned to Cancun and for once I didn’t want to do it myself. I called and said I needed a cut and color and please could I have someone with some experience. She was so nice to me and nonjudgmental. She listened, and then gave me an appointment with Emily.
The location on Van Dorn is an adorable little house remodeled into a modern salon and I felt welcomed the minute I walked in. Emily was the next one to listen. She put me at ease in minutes. She repeated back to me what I said and then explained what she would like to do. You can tell she is comfortable and knowledgeable in her position. The atmosphere is light and conversation was easy while still professional. I loved hearing of their plans to go to Las Vegas to an International Hair Show. Another reason I felt good about being there. Emily was excited to learn new styles and techniques.
She did a wonderful job on my hair and I’m so happy. My next appointment is already made.

Brooke did absolutely amazing on my hair and eyebrows! She also was very sweet and answered all the questions I had on how to take care of my hair and what products to use! I will definitely be seeing her again :)

I moved to Lincoln 9 years ago and I had my first hair appointment with Shannon. I haven't cheated on her yet! In fact both of my daughters love to go there too. Love the salon and all of the employees. It has such a great atmosphere (both locations). I would HIGHLY recommend Salon Deja Vu.

I always enjoy my trips to Salon Deja Vu. I like the reminders on my phone--keeps me on track. Linda always cuts my hair so well. It lays well, and is very manageable. I don't think I have ever been kept waiting, and I am in and out quickly. The atmosphere is relaxing, which makes my appointments a real pleasure. Keep up the good work!!

Great staff and service. I've been trying desperately to find a good salon ever since I moved too far from Fairbury to go to the stylist I had that. If you're looking for a place that does more "modern" and trendier haircuts and this place is fantastic. Ask for Emily by name, she will take care of whatever your hair-needs are.

My teen daughter and I go to Cindy (co-owner) - she is very pleasant and talented at hair cutting/styling. She is especially great at listening and achieving the desired outcome. It's a treat to go there!

Shannon at Salon Deja Vu has been doing my hair for more than 20 years. This salon cares deeply about their clients and the community. All of the girls are well versed on the latest trends and do such a great job. I would highly recommend Salon Deja Vu!

The girls at Salon Deja Vu are always friendly and very talented at their craft. I can either show them a picture or just tell them what I want and they always aim to please. If I have questions, they are very helpful and offer great tips. I never go anywhere else!
