Good Prices, Great selection of Food, Food Was very Flavourful & Large Portions. Chad (The Chef) and Kelly (The Waitress) were Awesome. Definitely worth the trip when your in the area.

Love this place. Omelets are the best in town, stuffed French toast is a great excuse to have dessert for breakfast and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. The decor is cute too, the only downside to a place like this is it's popular but even so the wait times aren't bad and the food is worth it.

The wait was about 30 min in line at 11:30 on a Sunday. 100% worth it! Breakfast was delicious and it arrived to our table very quick. My bf and I split an order of pancakes too that were awesome and he's not normally a pancake kinda guy. He wouldn't stop talking about them pancakes. Can't wait to come back and try the french toast!

Had to make a February trip to Elk Rapids for a funeral. We had the best early morning breakfast here on a wintry day. The French toast and bacon was the best. Mom and son owners are warm and friendly. Make sure to stop in if you want good food at reasonable prices.

Great little restaurant in Elk Rapids with amazing food! At peak times you may have to wait for a table because this place is the best. Friendly, competent, attentive staff. I've been here twice in the past two years, both times in summer. Their cream cheese/MI cherry stuffed french toast is to die for. Their omelettes were also highly regarded by my family. The interior has a quaint and cute small town feel, perfect for the setting. If you're in town looking for incredible breakfast, come to Harbor Cafe.

Very accommodating to our large group without advanced notice. Quick, friendly, and competent service. Delicious food, and not over priced! $70 for 7 people and we didn't skimp on our orders!

Their slogan should be "consistently consistent"! Best over-easy eggs ever. Period. Day after day, always perfect service from the staff in every way! They are truly down to earth. My personal favorite is the Huevos Rancheros. Mucho gusto energy afterwards! I haven't had an experience that was anything less than stellar! Make sure you take a trip back in time to this place. Stopped in here for lunch after reading a lot of great reviews on urbanspoon. They were right. Everything was excellent. I hard the harbor burger and my grandma had the 2 eggs breakfast. The service was quick and very friendy. For the decor they had all sorts of neat pictures from a local photographer of the local boats. I would definitely recomend Harbor cafe and might even go back there tomorrow for breakfast.

Great food and awesome staff. Totty Bowl was delicious and a perfect “morning after Short’s Fest” breakfast. Plus watching the cook is mesmerizing. A must visit!

We come back year after year. So glad we found out about Harbor Cafe. The family is great and welcome our large group every year. Try the cinnamon swirl pancakes. They are great!

Great spot. Stopped in for breakfast and had coffee and farmers omelette. GREAT omelette! Coffee was so-so but service and atmosphere were great too. 5 stars.

Stopped in town for a day at the lake. Great greasy spoon after a full night of driving. Cinnamon roll pancakes were amazing!
