I was in need of tires, like bad. Everyone up here was stupid high for tires and I thought I was going to have to survive the winter in almost half tires. Then I found Elk Rapids Tire and Alignment and it was the best decision I could make. Got four new tires and was done in under a hour. The service was great and they made sure my car was safe before turning it back over to me. I was happy they didn't try to push additional work on me or try to scare me with a check list and pointing out items needing fixing or will need to be. They treated me with respect and even clued me in on some myths I've been told over the years. They educated me on how to better care for my car and were up front about cost and reasons for those costs. There are no smoke and mirrors here, no hidden expenses inside the price. Just your honest shop making a honest dollar.

I've used them twice and they've been friendly honest and good pricing. Karen suggested I contact Subaru about a problem I had with the catalytic converter to see if they would cover it and they did. That kind of honest service is why I will continue to go back to ER tire and alignment.

My husband and I were on our honeymoon when we had a major leak in our tire. We brought our truck in and everything was fixed in less than a half hour. The staff was wonderful and Rex was the best little greeter! Would highly recommend.
