The food was hot and fresh. and the lady at the window was happy and had a huge smile on her face. And she had a pleasant demeanor I would most definitely go back

First time I have had all the food fresh and hot it was awesome for lunch today keep it up

So much improvement after the last year. Before they hired all new staff, it seemed like nothing was good and was always nasty when we got it. Now after finally getting new staff and more compensation to the employees, the quality of service, food, and experience is AMAZING! The staff is wonderful. There food is fresh anytime of the day now. They never forget anything and the customer service is outstanding. Compared to the Other fast food restaurants in Vermilion, this is definitely top teir. I would choose this Wendy's over any of them now.
Also the staff Definitely deserves praise for the hard work. Thank you for such a great experience.

We haven’t been to a fast food restaurant in years.. after a long day we stopped at Wendy’s. The girl at the register took our order was very polite and took the time to answer questions, she helped us with the new soda machine, while the other 5 (workers) who thought they were at there own party!! They were extremely loud! While the girl on the register was sweeping and cleaning the tables and chairs and refilling the condiments! She was a one girl band! She deserves some positive recognition, we told her she was a very good worker… and she thanked her! This was on Tuesday around 5:pm… I hope this girl gets her praises as she deserves, you can’t find young good workers like her! You go girl!

Myself, my six year old son, and his friend came to this Wendy's Monday afternoon around 2, Feb. 6th. The woman working the register, I'm not sure if she is the manager, is fantastic. She was efficient and extremely friendly. After she helped everyone at the counter and the pop station she then circled the dining room and asked everyone how their meals were and if they needed anything else. She is for sure a gem. I hope Wendy's recognizes her hard work.

Food was hot and delicious. Service was fast and friendly! I tried the new loaded nacho burger. I'd go for that again.

They even made breakfast 2 min before end of availability.

Got our order wrong..but when I called them they very pleasant ..told me to come back they'd cook a fresh one when I got there.

Stopped in on Wednesday May 16th 2018 at 3:30 in the afternoon for a chicken sandwich . The young man that took my order was very friendly and very professional . I then pull up to get my order and was greeted by another young man who was very friendly and courteous . Chicken sandwich i ordered was delicious also . I mentioned the time and day because i didn't catch their names and just want management to know they did a great job.

I've always loved how inexpensive but tasty the food is here!!! My hungry kids get a lot of food for not too much money!!! This is a nice location with plenty of tables to sit at and a soda machine that has pretty much any soda and flavor you could think of!!!

This Wendy's has always been good. I used to work there as a kid (2006), so I'm biased. To this day, this Wendy's and the Elyria BWW were the cleanest restaurants I've ever worked in.

Good Food! Lady who served me was super nice and made sure I got everything I needed.

I have celiac and it's very hard to eat on the go. I went thru the drive thru at this Wendy's and had the best treatment from the ladies who handled my order! They were very accommodating to my allergy and so polite.
