We changed pharmacies began of poor service at our Kroger Pharmacy in Ohio.
Everyone at Walgreens is so helpful and friendly. They truly care about our concerns and questions. They always go above and beyond.
Kathryn is amazing. She truly cares about our medication concerns. We love our Walgreens Pharmacy.

I was pleasantly surprised, I have had some bad experiences in the past with some pharmacies, but when I called checking on stock meds, a couple times, both of the pharmacists where very helpful and actually checked around for me, and also gave me alternative doses and meds that where more available! I'm very happy so far with this location. Thanks!

I always do business with Walgreens Pharmacy. Kathryn, Randy & the techs are fast, efficient, courteous, and go out of there way to help me when insurance issues pop up. Highly recommended.

Went there for a quick blood pressure check as we live 30mins from the hospital and my Walgreens at home machine was showing that my BP was abnormally high. There was noone in the drive through and noone in line. The pharmacist said we would have to wait 45mins for a quick and simple BP check. I am 35weeks pregnant and I could not believe that she would make us wait that long. I understand that that there are things backing up behind the counter that we do not know about, but we were there in person. I would have thought that it would be her duty as a medical professional to address someone who is experiencing high BP especially someone who is pregnant. She was pretty rude and non empathetic and said it was because they were trying to open the pharmacy and didn't have time, but based on what I saw they had been open for atleast 30mins at the point that we arrived.

The pharmacist was there and she was very rude all I was trying to do was get a simple medication and she said that she did not have time and she was too busy giving Covid shots. Mind you there was no one in the drive-through and as well there was one person in line in the store you can see right through the window. I told her I did not feel well if she could please get it for me she still refused and told me that I needed to come in the store even if I didn’t feel good during a pandemic. Very bad customer service.

left my prescription there for a week. went to pick it up, and got "i'm sorry, the thing about 'x' prescription is that it's on back order and the closest place you could try is mason, ohio."

yeah, i just won't take it to walgreens. that easy.

Work in a physician's and the staff there was very rude and not helpful.
