Every time I come in here the entire family is so nice and helpful!! They have reliable hours and are open Saturday’s too! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, and it’s a family owned business that cares about their customers! Can’t wait to ship with them this holiday season!

Excellent customer service, they offer to carry heavy packages from your car into the facility. I like that they are able to access multiple shipping options (FedEx, UPS, USPS) to find the best price and date the package will arrive.

Paul is such a great consultant about how to ship very fragile items. My father had recently died and I needed to ship a bust of him that my mother made and several very fragile items from Pittsburgh to our home in the southwest of the United States. I had bad luck shipping with UPS in the past when they tried to pack a very fragile item for me from my grandmother, so I knew that this could be treacherous for a an item that was precious.

I have now received every item and everything arrived without disturbance. I am grateful to Paul and his colleagues at Hometown Mail. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. -Beth

Everything about my out-of-state, long distance shipment of two furniture pieces was handled extremely well. I was nervous shipping something when I wasn't there, but Paul answered all my questions via email and phone. I was provided with a receipt and tracking number. The shipment arrived within the stated amount of time. Hometown picked up the shipment and packaged it; it was the best packaging I've seen. Thank you!!!

Friendly staff, easy parking. I use it to drop off prepackaged and labeled items and always get a receipt. They will package and address items, 8ncluding for the post office, including signed receipt.

We run a small business and I am glad we discovered the Mail Center! I go there for all the services I had to stand in line for at the Post Office: returns, shipping and stamps. Knowledgeable staff and adequate parking too.

The person who runs it is super helpful. You can not only ship and receive packages there but fax and copy. Has a large variety of Pittsburgh and Mr. Rogers paraphernalia
