I've been selling and shipping jewelry for almost three years and have never had an issue with this post office (except one that was my fault, which they helped me with), the employees have been very helpful and I've never had a package go missing!

Last week, I was sending a package consisting of several letters (wrong address) to a client. The clerk repackaged it for me explaining that it would be less expensive and with the same delivery time. He didn't have to do that and I appreciate him for it since I really didn't have much money at the time.
I always appreciate the service I get at this office. There is one a little closer to me in Canal Winchester, but I like the service at the Pickerington post office better. I have been going just a few minutes out of my way for the past 2 years to send my Etsy orders through this post office because the packages always ship quickly giving me consistent 4 and 5 star reviews. The only problem I have ever had these two years was the first and only time I used the self service machine. So, I just don't use it. Everyone at the front desk has always been friendly, helpful and efficient which is why I only use this post office. If any of the workers can see this review, thanks so much!

Best Post Office I’ve ever been to. Ms. D is the most kind and helpful person and she is a huge asset to our local post office!

Tbh I always have great service here, but Ray is especially great. Kind, communicative and helpful. I didn’t properly return a package and he helped me while kindly explaining what I should do next time. I’m always in and out whomever is taking care of me. I really appreciate the customer service here!

Went in to renew my passport today (12/8/22). I had printed the required form from the website and completed it at home. Checked google for the graph showing the least busy times and went then. Only one person in line in front of me. The lady who helped me took my picture, reviewed my documents for correctness, took my payment, and placed everything in the envelope to the state depatment. Process was way easier than I thought it was going to be. I was in and out in 10 minutes!

I called at five till 6 PM, to see if they can stay open for two more minutes so I can pick up a certified letter. And when I got there at 6:05pm- they allowed me to sign for it, after business hours. Much appreciated for going out of the way!!

I went in to buy a stamp and drop off a few letters today just before 6 PM and was delighted by the pleasant and kind service provided by my postal worker, Kathy.

My post man is AWESOME!!! and whenever I visit the post office between Kathy, Eddie and the other lady they are GREAT! ALthough another man waited in me the other day and he was sooo helpful. Love the Pickerington PO!

We moved to Pickerington 1 1/2 yrs ago. I have had nothing but a good experience at this location. Staff smile, are very friendly and professional & helpful.

Normally, I wouldn't review a Post Office, but the people here are nice, friendly, and understanding. They go out of their way to be helpful.
