Some of these bad reviews say “I wasn’t licensed so they didn’t serve me” HELLO!! If that’s the case go to Sally! This is why this store is PRIVATE.. it has all the best brands in color and hair. I’ve always come across nice people here. Yes the manager with blonde hair is a little stand-offish but take people in a nice way and they will respect you back. Go and get your supplies and leave. Who cares if the employees are disgruntled, if you’re really gonna see a problem with it then that’s your insecurity. If I left a bad review on every store that I came across a rude employee I would have 700 bad reviews, get your hair supplies and get over it. This is my go to store whether the employees are rude or not that’s not my problem I still need my hair supplies

First of all, all these people saying “blah blah blah I don’t have a license but...”, guess what? You’re not even supposed to be shopping at that store to begin with. It’s for PROFESSIONALS ONLY. So save your review. It’s irrelevant.
Second of all, the store is fine. I just wish they carried the products that they had Available online because their shipping is thumbs down.

What a wonderful experience in the Springfield store with two wonderful ladies that helped so much and made my experience very pleasant. Tamela and Zinneerah are the best.

Love going to CosmoProf, the store is always nice and clean and the staff are all so friendly and helpful!! The only downside is that spend too much money every time I go. 😩🙄

Best place to buy if you are in the business! They have lots of product lines. Joico color, opi nail polish, Gigi wax, it's a 10 , big sexy,etc.
