I needed a package for my wifes birthday. It arrived there after my mail was delivered. So I called and the girl that l believe is also in charge let be come and pick it up

My Mom's passport was sent to the wrong post office. She received a call from the Olyphant office. The clerk said he would get it sent to her Sunday if it arrived in time. It arrived by 10:30 Sunday morning. Thank you for your help.

Friendly & quick service

Clea and nice, spacious post office. I usually cone here because they are opened on Saturdays. As well as have extended hours. It is usually in and out here. The staff member that assists me on Saturdays is quick and helpful.

I definitely prefer this location over the Jessup location, which if you hold mail in Jessup it gets held here. They are quick to help you and ample parking. Getting out if your taking a left onto the burke can prove interesting at times though.

Would be nice to have direct phone number for post office instead of automated service.... Update 5/23/23.... was there waiting for them to come back from lunch... they re-open the main area.... i ask the woman behind the counter to check on a package for me "since it was coming from china there was a starting tracking number and a usps tracking number" an her response was did you check online? And of course my response back was yea i did though i didnt know " the tracking number was for that reason "... so in a huff she goes in the back for all of about 10 seconds an comes back and says " it isnt my job to do this for you! With a very rude tone and attitude... granted it was a little busy at this point bc they were closed for lunch but that doesnt excuse the rude behaviour

Just delivered my package to the wrong mailbox again.

Major issues with clerks trying to overcharge! Everytime! Yet 100% accuracy at the peckville branch. I asked for the supervisor. And the clerk committing the overcharge refused to let me see one. But a lady/supv wandered out anyways. And did nothing but threaten to call the police. Usps tries to commit theft and they wanna call the cops on me? Outrageous. This office stinks in everyway

Everytime I get a package through this post office it’s always the same excuse “Where did you get it Amazon? Well it’s lost we got the pallet but your package wasn’t on it. Call Amazon. Next” like I don’t have any problems with anyone else somehow package after package gets lost at this exact place and not only that super rude service.

Also I called Amazon explained how it wasn’t them and that it’s the post offices fault and they where super great enough to give me free prime and to replace my stuff for free!
