Dunkin'

I love this place. Staff is very friendly and their service is quick. Inside/outside is always clean. I have used the drive thru, ordered on the app and my order was always ready.

The only reason I give the service four stars is because sometimes the service can be really slow, or they just forget the order was put in, but the food tastes great and except for those rare times it's good. And the atmosphere can't really be better or worse, so I figures 3 stars fit well.

Needs more help the girls were great but Owner won't get the many help in Dickson City

Really depends on staff the morning is iffy when your coffee is stired but the sandwiches are made to perfection 2nd shift coffee nd sandwiches are perfect. All out customer service is awesome nd I love my dunkin family

This may be the cleanest Dunkin donuts I have ever been in. The only drawback is on Dunkin's side that they have gone to a kiosk. I had to offer to buy someone's coffee for them since they had cash and it is kiosk only. Although I did not mind helping, customers should not have to help other customers order food.

Lines typically get very long in the mornings going out into Main St. Beat the rush by mobile ordering or going earlier.

I'm not sure what witchery is at work here but the Main Street Dunkin Donuts may be the only reliable franchise on the face of this earth. Drinks and food are made correctly at least 85% of the time which is the best you can hope for. Their bagels are the only ones that remind me of my childhood and are made in the same nostalgic fashion.

I usually stop at Dunkin in the evenings a couple times a week. There are mostly young people working. They are always kind and courteous. They have never gotten my order wrong. Dunkin’ should be very proud of their staff.

As ALWAYS! Dickson City Dunkin gets it perfect almost EVERY single time.. and they aren't ride if they do and you ask them to fix it!

I would definitely use the app and order online to pickup. The line is always around the whole building almost out to the road.. and that's after they remodeled! Coffee is always really good:)

Getting your daily fill of Dunkin' just got a whole lot easier. The Dunkin' Donuts app has DD Perks with rewards & loyalty offers, gift cards, On-the-Go Ordering, and lots moreew I began to make very good relationships with all the employees that work there. This has to be the best Dunkin Donuts I ever been to. I would like to thank all the customer service that I've had. I had employees lhat has a very good and sweetly friendly sense of humor and always grateful. The original should always the original. Thank you to all you guys. I look forward to coming into this location every day for my whole life. The best coffee flavors for all seasons are peep marshmallows, cherry chocolate, pistachio, butter pecan, pumpkin spice, cookie dough, the original French vanilla swirls and the original caramel swirl. These are all the best flavors with my opinions.
Dunkin coffee regular customer and I suggest that you try them if not already are excellent employees. Always super nice and the coffee is amazing every time. NO complaints here! I write more unethical reviews than good ones. I try but they are harder to get printed. But I am a KK person and never DD. But this one is outside of a hospital I have been to 5 times and every time my friend wants his doughnuts especially after hospital food. But in NYC and I am not exaggerating, but it's hard to find great service with a smile and to add to it a big heart with a conscience. Every time I get the same kid and the 1st time I only needed change for bus home. And they are not supposed to do that without a sale. But I know there's a button on the bottom and it is used at their discretion. So I never forgot that because I'm used to mediocre service and after 7 years in NYC, I'm immune to it.

Dickson City staff make's the best coffee & iced coffee, no complaint's...They are friendly, they usually know the order routine, as we go there, on a daily visit each day..

LOVE THE COLD BREWS....... ESPECIALLY NOW...
