Zuri's Gourmet Donutz

The owner was very passionate and kind. We appreciated the time he gave us to look through the selection and answer any questions we had. They are not made like traditional boring donuts and he will explain how he makes each one!
If you are 21+ try the bourbon bacon donut and if not, you have to try the torched cinnamon rolls. We ate them faster then we thought to take photos!

Excellent donuts with so many variety of flavors, as well as gluten-free and vegan options. Also love the rolled smoke sandwiches. Variety of drink flavors as well. Always a pleasure to come in and converse about anything and everything!

This morning I went in and I bought a dozen donuts. This was my first time visiting this place. they are the most wonderful thing you will ever taste in your life. The owner was there making donuts as I walked in the place smells amazing and on top of that great customer service by the owner himself.

The donuts have an excellent consistency and the flavors are well-crafted. Everything I’ve tasted here has been top quality from the classics to the more unique innovations. In addition to the superlative quality of the donuts, the owner seems to be a kind and enthusiastic individual. Donuts or not, we need more small businesses like Zuri’s- a place that takes pride in its product and expresses it through smiling interactions with the local community. The only drawback is that they’re not open 24/7!

Best donuts I've had in my life. Not just sweet but really well balanced mix of flavors. My daughter makes me drive a half hour from Woodinville for these. My personal favorites are the Bavarian cream filled ones, but you can't go wrong. The coffees and Italian sodas are really solid, too, but the donuts are unreal. The owner is not only super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. His love for donuts, coffee and his customers is inspiring.

Best donuts ever. The owner is super passionate about crafting unique desserts. It is clear from the moment you walk into the store that he loves what he does and has this infectious energy that makes you feel welcomed.

These donuts are so flavorful and different from what you will get from other shops. My partner and I got a cinnamon roll with pumpkin cream inside and it is so delicious! I will definitely be raving to my friends about Zuri’s and making sure they stop by to get the full grand experience.

I am celiac and vegan, and I’m here in Mountlake Terrace visiting my friend, and I got so excited about the sheer number of amazing gluten free, vegan dessert choices! I got a BUNCH of different things (two kinds of cake, heaps of different donuts, a flan, two cake pops) and EVERY SINGLE thing is absolutely incredible. I think my favorites are the sour crumb, and the cookies and cream cake, but honestly, there’s not a single thing I’m not in love with. The number of flavors available and deliciousness and balance in the creations is unreal! We got to chat with the owner, DJ, for quite some time, and his passion for his craft is absolutely palpable. It seriously made our morning!! He is so obviously careful with how he keeps the gf stuff separate, and I felt 100% safe eating all the things. If you have food allergies (he also has many that are free of soy!) or just generally care about what you’re putting in your body, I can’t recommend Zuri’s donuts enough!!! It’s an absolutely wonderful spot! We didn’t eat in, but the interior was also adorable. 100% recommend visiting! I will absolutely be back when I’m next in Seattle! My friend, who is able to eat dairy and gluten tried everything with me and loved it all too!

The donuts were the best I've had in the greater Seattle area by a long shot! The flavors were all so decadent and rich, and each flavor was either extremely unique or had DJ put his own spin on it.

DJ was so sweet and engaging when I went to get donuts this morning. You can tell he's passionate about his craft and cares deeply about the ingredients he's using.

Overall, I would highly recommend this place and probably won't be going anywhere else for donuts. Check it out!

I’m reviewing from a gluten free perspective. I make special trips down to Portland for gluten free donuts, but I won’t need to do that after finding Zuri’s! The shop has their gluten free donuts made separately and stored separately. They’re truly safe for celiac and gluten free peeps. They’re also delicious! I tried the Cherry Tree this morning, and it was so flavorful and moist. I can’t wait to stop by again to try the other flavors. I also love the decor and vibe. It made my nerd heart feel at home.

The owner has great energy and made my husband and I feel welcomed. You can clearly tell he is enthusiastic about creating new flavor profiles. We got an assortment of donuts (6) but the real winner for me was the ube powdered beignets. They are SOO FRIGGIN good! Nice crunch on the outside, pillow soft on the inside. What a way to start the morning! I’ll definitely be coming back for these babies again.

We love Zuri’s! We go here every couple months because it’s a bit of a drive, but we should come her more often. Today we tried the Sorry not Sorry, with butter icing and a crunch crumb topping that is unparalleled. We always love the fun rotation he comes up with, and they’re always good!

Zuri's is amazing! The donuts are delicious, with gluten-free and vegan options. The owner is one of the nicest guys on the planet, and the shop is all amazing vibes. 10/10 experience and one of the best hidden finds in North Edmonds near Lynnwood.

Loved Zuri’s. Found this place on the Happy Cow, it was fabulous. We came specifically for the breakfast sandwiches. Breakfast is normally the hardest thing to find while travelling as a vegan. These were the best vegan breakfast sandwiches ever. My daughter is the pickiest eater and she finished hers before I did. Run to this place. Get the sandwiches. The donuts are a perk, but the sandwiches are the hidden gem.
The owner is so welcoming and upbeat. Even with a line up out the door he greeted every new person and answered a slew of questions.
Took 4 donuts to go for friends of ours, we left them on their doorstep and even before we had crossed the border they were messaging on where we got them and how could they get more.

I've had Legendary, I've had Top Pot, I've had Voodoo, but this was THE BEST!
Feta Spinach pastry, was absolutely sinful and angelic simultaneously. The donut selection is SO creative it took me 5 minutes to decide where to start. Further visits are not only required, but may possibly become religion.

What a hidden gem! My bf and I found Zuri’s donuts by accident and we will be coming back. The customer service is phenomenal! The donuts are some of the best I’ve ever had.

Ate Zuri's at the Sounders game tonight--definitely awesome comfort food! We bought a couple doughnuts and had a great conversation with the owner....then as we bid him farewell, he gave my son a freebie. What a great guy! Awesome eats!

This is the best place for donuts. This shop needs more exposure. Dj is a great guy and makes the best donuts in town. I live in Everett, and I drive to his shop in Lynnwood. I know it's not that far, but I pass up all the other donut shops just to get his. Have an idea for a donut? Run it by him. If it's possible, he might just make it for you.

This is the best spot for donuts, coffee, tea and breakfast eats! We had a Kona Mocha coffee, two donuts, two gourmet sausage-breakfast-y (elevated pigs in a blanket) and everything was 1000/10. We were greeted so warmly and the owner walked us through everything. We can’t wait to go back!!
