The watch I purchased was exactly as displayed online. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He will show clearly what a watch is being sold for elsewhere, as well as trends in the watch market in order for the customer to understand pricing. After 15 years of ownership, I recently had my Rolex submariner overhauled by Sansom watches. I was introduced to Andrew, the owner, by my son, who highly recommended him. Andrew gave me a complete understanding of what the overhaul would entail and the cost. He promised the watch in about four weeks. He beat that time estimate by a week and did a great job of overhauling my watch. There were no hidden fees except for the need to replace two badly worn parts. I felt that Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable and his prices were extremely fair. In addition to repairing an overhaul and watches, Sansom watches does have a complete line of preowned watches for sale. What a great “local” shop! Recently purchased a new watch and needed a few links taken out. Stopped here and so glad I did! The gentleman who owns it is so kind and passionate about watches! After finding a watch I was interested, I reached out to Andrew at sansom watches. I asked about it and he went and looked at the watch telling me all the details I was wanted to know. I chose to walk into Sansom Watches on Friday after finding all the great reviews with a personal touch he had. I had an idea of what I wanted but I wasn't sure if I wanted new or used, or of the final style that I was looking for. After talking with Andrew and trying on a couple dozen watches I had picked one out that he did not have in his shop. He worked with some of his connections, was quick to communicate by phone and text, and had the watch to me by Wednesday. Such an amazing store! This was my first ever large watch purchase and I could not have been happier with the service as well as the watch selections.

Andrew asked me my price range and then showed me dozens of watches in that range. He told me the history of every watch I asked about, the size of each watch, the year it was from, and any and all other information. I was able to lay out all of my favorite watches that I tried on and ended up going with a wonderful 1958 Rolex. The entire time Andrew was extremely friendly and helpful.

I bought the Baume & Mercier Classima 10272. Thank you Andrew for the great service. The watch is beautiful and in really good condition (EXACTLY AS SHOWN ON THEIR SITE). The packaging is very carefully done and Andrew upgraded the order to overnight shipping for free. I’ve been looking for a particular Breitling watch for quite some time. So nerve racking shopping online when it comes to these high end items because you don’t know who’s out there and if it’s legit. Sansom came up and had the watch I was looking for and at a very fair price too! After looking at their countless 5 star reviews and talking with Andrew I felt completely comfortable purchasing from him. Very friendly and professional. His website only offers standard shipping and I, of course, the typical consumer buying last minute, needed it quicker. He worked with me to upgrade to overnight shipping and it came in first thing this morning! EXACTLY as advertised. Watch is beautiful. Came with all paperwork and in the original box. I also want to point out the care he took in making sure it wouldn’t be damaged during shipping. He had it wrapped tightly in a bubble wrapped envelope, followed by a medium shipping box, then securely into a large shipping box. Andrew is the real deal and I can proudly say I stand with everyone else here as another happy customer. I will DEFINITELY be doing business again.
