I turned in a change of address this morning. The Hispanic lady was so kind and helpful. I just had to do a review on her. A cheerful smile will get you a long way in this life.

I went in yesterday to have something mailed and I wish I would have gotten the ladys name who helped me. She was beyond helpful and had great customer service. I didn't have a box to mail my item but she helped me get one that would fit and she smiled the whole time. She didn't make me feel bad for not having my item ready. I really appreciate the help she gave me yesterday morning. I will always go to this location now.

Great location parking lot small but we may do

Parking lot... Not great

Got scammed into paying for the same label twice. Not in love with the fact that they use a third party to print labels in the first place, and now i paid double because of an error on their end. Mail is already too expensive and now they’re forcing me to pay twice? Not cool.

A box was shoved into my letter box. To tight a fit to remove. I had to take a knife and cut it open to remove contents which was damaged. Busted knuckles opened trying to remove box. The next day mail had been shoved behind the stuck box. Then I had to attempt to cut it again. This is so totally unacceptable. Just leave a note to pick up.

Why are we paying taxes to have you open when I can't utilize your service? Government doesn't do anything right

I have been hassling to get mail I put on hold a month and a half ago a very special package is there and I can’t get it I am disabled in a wheelchair and I am getting a total runaround
