Found exactly what we were looking for, plus a few additions due to some sales. More staff than I've seen there in a long while who all asked to help. Multiple cashiers that went through the line fast. Best experience there in a long while.

I dropped in to drop off a ups return to Amazon. They scanned my order, I received instant verification via email. I was refunded the next day. So quick and easy. Thank you!

They split the order! And gave me a refund immediately after finding out that their store didn’t have the items! Other than that I loved my products and a great sale price!

Couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for, but a helpful employee suggested a substitute item. And the gift bags I purchased happened to be on sale! Winner!

I didn’t get the cashier’s name but she was wearing an orange sweater with Jack o lantern faces on it. She was super nice and had great customer service!! She even complimented me on my sweater which made me feel really good. Love this Michael’s!

Walked right in and saw the pick up lockers behind the registers. The orders were alphabetically ordered and it easy to find.

I bought this cute vase from Michael's, stuck on some gem like stickers that I had leftover from another project, added a bouquet of beautiful multi colored Carnations & here you have it....my step mom's Mother's Day gift!

This is a great Michaels and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My 11yr old daughter and her friend just did two separate 30 minute craft sessions that they really enjoyed and only cost $3. The key with shopping at all Michaels stores is to be sure to use coupons which are always available on their website and app... typically 30-50% off! Otherwise they are way overpriced, similar to Kohl's and their coupons and Kohl's Cash.

Large store stocked with wide variety of quality and different types of DIY crafts as well as handcrafted wreaths and floral designs. Also includes a custom frame site. Merchandise is beautiful and varied-full price is expensive but coupons and discounts are often available. Knowledgeable staff and friendly service make frequent visits a must.

Always a great sale going on! Purchased 8, 18" faux wreaths for $4 each. These will last me several years! They are gorgeous with the deep red bows!

I LOVE Michael's!!!!! Great store, friendly associates, good prices and awesome selection of merchandise. I always find what I'm looking for. I like the Wallingford location but I prefer the Berlin Turnpike location. The location is great and close to pther places I like to go to. I recommend Michael's for all your crafting needs!

Michael's always has lots of stuff to jump start anyone's creativity so it's always fun to go there. Tyrece (sorry if I misspelled your name) was wonderfully patient and understanding as I tried to find a misplaced item. I know he had other people to take care of so I really appreciated his time. Just a very nice, polite and helpful young man. Give him a raise!! 😊

As of 12/23 thru had great offers, discounts and variety of products. Cashiers were very helpful with questions and location of products needed as well as knowledgeable of their products and availability

Michaels has a lot of craft supplies. The art section is full of artist supplies including color pencils, acrilic, water color and oil paints, all types of brushes. They have a nice paper selection and canvas.
