Target

This review is exclusively for Wendy, the Store Director of the Meriden location. She helped me with a problem that truly only someone with authority and common sense could help me with. Wendy has ample amounts of both, and Target was wise to put her in charge of a store. I have no doubt that she earns her position every day. She earned my business and respect in about 60 seconds. She actively listened and went above and beyond to address my issue. She proved the importance of what companies do when something goes wrong and how they empower someone in a position to make it right.

My favorite Target in CT & I’ve been to a lot of them (Newington, New Britain, Manchester, Windsor, etc.) The store is always clean & organized, I always find what I want, the Drive-Up/Pick-up service is fast, and I feel like I’m never waiting in line (sometimes but not too bad). I’m sad now because I just recently moved out of the area. Maybe, if I have the time, I’ll come here if I have too.

The selection at Target Meriden is outstanding! Be it groceries, household essentials, clothing, or electronics, they have it all. I appreciate the variety of brands available, catering to different tastes and budgets. Plus, their prices are competitive, and I even managed to snag some great deals thanks to their ongoing promotions.

The cashier took extra good care of me. She helped me with the app so I could save $$

Upon arriving at the Target Store in Meriden (12:30 pm) today, we went to the phone department and a young lady help us solved our phone problem using her own knowlege about cell phones. She also showed and explained products on telvision screaming.

Absolutely cannot find anything that could be considered disappointing. Everything okay.

The meridian Ct store was so clean and well organized and stocked.

When I got to the store, I didn't have to wait hardly at all. There were store associates who came over right away and got the item I ordered. I was so impressed with the friendliness and speed in which the store associates worked. Such a nice group of people!

Great customer service this morning. Went to do an exchange. A pleasant young lady came right over to ask what I needed. I went and found the items I wanted and there was some issue with doing the exchange in the computer. She called her supervisor over and they handled it. They never made it my problem. I wish I’d gotten their names, they set the bar for great customer service.

Great experience returning my item. Quick and easy. I forgot my receipt but I was able to use my card for the return.

I order this because they are one of the only places that has the mini builders bars. It's so easy to buy it on the app, mark when you're on your way and when you've arrived and it's at your car in like a minute. Very convenient.

I love the drive-up pickup at Target. Extremely easy to use and very helpful to anyone with issues navigating a large store.

The employee helping with my return was the absolute sweetest and most helpful person I have encountered. I wish I remembered her name. It was a late night return and I greatly appreciated her customer service and demeanor.
