I want to give a huge shout out to Ethan. After a long, hard day at work, my battery and alternator both went bad, and I just barely made it to the O’Reillys in Eufaula. From the moment I walked in, even made me feel like I was taken care of. Being over an hour and a half away from home, it gets nerve-racking, not knowing If you’ll be able to make it home or not. His knowledgeable And very friendly attitude, made This whole ordeal 1 million times less stressful. You guys have done a great job with him and you better hold on tight. Thanks again buddy

Great customer service. 15 minutes before closing time I pull up to grab bulbs for the tail light, some would actually be agitated being so close to closing time but these men were professional to the end. I asked about another issue I'd been having and he took the time to explain to me what was happening. I never felt rushed or like I was being a bother. Will definitely shop here when I need something for the SUV.

My sister and I were in town for a weekend at the lake and we had some issues with our trailer. We went in to the store for parts. Trace was working and he was more than helpful. He went way above and beyond. More help than I can even express. An amazing employee that deserves all the praise. Thank you!

Well I use to work there back in 2007 and I loved my team members they were friendly and very helpful to each other. And I have still experienced the same thing with this crew even though I no longer work there they are all abt customer satisfaction, and they have a great store manager Mrs. Summers.

Ordered a filter for my John Deer, it took 3 days, and it was perfect. So glad to be able to order parts, and finally get it right. Everyone was so nice,and polite. And I received a Military discount!!

As always happy to visit O’Reilly’s. Driving in a light mist, windshield wiper started to fall apart. Just passing thru and new to the area we looked for a well known auto parts store name. Told clerk I needed new wipers and she had old ones off and looking for replacements before I knew she was gone. Purchased and replaced and on our way. Thank you O’Reilly’s!
