I was nervous ordering from a company I've never ordered from before. But the company, especially Danielle from customer service has been very responsive to our emails, and always took very good care of us. I feel confident and recommending this company and letting you know that you could feel safe shopping with them. They are trustworthy.

The best customer service & support team.
My son is diagnosed ASD & after speaking with his therapist there were several items that I needed for him to be successful in his sessions.
I'm so grateful for their support along with my case manager with Department of Mental Health - If you are using EMAP they took the stress out of this process. Thank you all for excellent service & delivery was amazing

Amazing value. Ordered WaxWel paraffin bath with 6# of wax for about half of its selling price on Amazon. Ordered it end of day on Wednesday and it was delivered the next Wednesday. Highly recommend.

This is a gem of a business. The employees really care about helping people with disabilities, and they sell a wide variety of equipment for people of all ages and all abilities.

Less than zero stars. Ordered a Denmar helmet for my son. Paid for in full plus the international shipping and nothing. After 6 weeks, I had to contact the company, and was told it was delayed for another two weeks, no one reached out to inform me that it was backordered. When I enquired and asked to have free shipping and expedite his helmet for waiting for two plus months, I was told no they do not do that for international orders. Not having my son's helmet places him in danger from a seizure. This company is about the money, lacks customer service and doesn't care about the customers who are individuals with spacial needs. Shame on them.

I wish I could give a zero star. We ordered PALS chair from eSpecial Needs in 2021 and we never received the item. We were charged US$ 689 for shipping cost which was charged to us without our authorization (Staci Harris the customer relations staff used our credit card information that we used to purchase the chair to charge for the shipping cost), and they have gone silent since and we never received the item. The company's practice is on a verge of being fraudulent (if not fraudulent!) and we do not recommend this company to anyone, let alone to families who are already having challenges with children with special needs. I am shocked to see that other families who had the courage to write reviews had similar experiences of never receiving any item. It is unethical and absolutely unacceptable to exploit families who are trying to do their best for their children.
