While being in the area for work and vacation, my phone failed me.
I called this location and talked to Amber in detail about what was going on with my phone. Amber discussed the phone options available in great detail, and I made an appointment for 10 AM the next day.
When I arrived, Amber was there to greet me and explained to her associate Amanda what I was looking to do. This is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I've ever received from a US CELLULAR store.
Amanda took the time to thoroughly explain the transfer of data from my old phone to the new one, set me up with screen protection and a drop case. While testing the new phone, I had a few more questions that Amanda was able to explain perfectly, AND she did this all while training a new employee.
Amber and Amanda took some extra time to explain some different billing options that I was not aware of that would save me some money in the future.

I had the best experience yesterday when I came in to get new service . Not only did I get the iPhone I came in intending to get , but based on my credit I also got it only paying taxes & $500 in accessories with transferring my old existing number to my new phone! I was very pleased with all of the things I got , how fast I was waited on , & the Sales Representative that took care of me went above & beyond to meet my every need!!! Would recommend to anyone & will most definitely keep my service and business with them!

I switched to this company when I first moved back to Tennessee. I must say I have not been disappointed. There is no fast ball that I have thrown at them that they haven't been able to handle. Despite some of their staff moving to different stores yo better themselves the staff continues to rise to the occasion. This particular store rocks it. I love them.

I've been a long time US Cellular customer, but the service me and my mother received yesterday insured I will never leave! An agent named Callie went so far above and beyond what is expected that I don't think I will ever look at customer service the same! Whatever that young lady is being paid is not even close to what she deserves! Thank you!!!

The lady that helped me was great. I left with 2 phones and all the accessories for them without any problems. I will be doing business with this location again.
